The waukesha south location limits what you can order when using a corporate coupon. Ask for black olives and they put 3 on. Very small amounts of cheese. All costs go up and they reduce what they give you. All done with these locations and recommend you do too. The other sunset location is even worse

The person checking me out charged me for “extra bacon” on a my sub that comes with bacon by default. All they would do to make it right was offer me a small soda that I didn’t order or want. If you do eat here be sure to double check your total before you checkout, they clearly aren’t above trying to rip you off.

Will never go to this store AGAIN!! I had NO cheese, no spinach leaves.. owner/ manager is rude. Not very friendly store like it used to be.. since when do they use SHREDDED cheese? Nope.. never again go there..Try to complain.. good luck… >:(

i did the curbside pick up. food was good. however i did not appreciate the way the guy spoke to me when he brought my food out. i did the curbside because i have a dog that doesn’t do well in the car alone. the guy was hard to understand due to his accent and speaking so fast. but i could tell that he was complaining that i placed my order while i was sitting outside instead of coming in. if i didnt have my dog with me , i definitely would’ve gone in. don’t have the curbside option if you’re going to complain. especially when customers are unable to come in. it really upset me.

I came to this location to eat at 9pm today which is Sunday and they close at 10pm , as soon I came in I Don’t see any one on the counter no one at all. I heard some in the back room washing dishes, I waited for 4 minutes and thought to let them know I’m here maybe they didn’t hear the doorbell. I rang the bell once and waited another 3 minutes. Who ever was there kept washing dishes and didn’t want to come to take my order. Wow great service guys. I didn’t expect that would happen here in Waukesha. Kinda feel bad the 4 star will be falling down. But just curious who would give a place like this five or four star. All fake reviews.

Went in with a friend. She ordered a cup of soup where there was plenty. I asked for a cup and the little boy proceeded to tell me they were out. He lied and he was lazy. He also cut my sand which with a dirty knife and denied he did such a thing. It’s ridiculous! What a lazy workers at this location. On Sunset. Completely asinine! And it’s always dirty in this store. It’s sad.

Alright subway, I ordered my usual(subway melt) and decided to put some oil on. They absolutely DRENCHED it in oil, it dripped everywhere. And on a side not I learned I am allergic to their oil. The res was fine and my gf enjoyed her sub, just avoid the oil.
