My family has been ordering from jade palace for at least 10 years. They have always been consistent and great, but you can’t serve me raw meat and refuse to give me a refund for food I literally can’t eat. I ordered several things that were fine except for the beef sticks. I called them and they said they could not give me a refund. I said I can send you pictures or literally come there so you can see that’s it’s raw. They said no that all they could do is give me a discount on my next order. Yeah, no thanks. If you had properly refunded me I would have continued to eat there. It’s a shame

The food at Jade Palace is incredible! Food use to be so so but now it is amazing. My son and my girlfriend likes it better than Peeking Pavilion which regarded as high end and expensive.

This is my favorite Chinese food. Their dumplings are so delicious and homemade. Very unique and delicious General Tso’s chicken. They also go above and beyond for their customers.

Excellent food and very clean and comfortable restaurant. Everything we ordered came out delicious. My husband dropped his wallet and left it, and the server ran out to the parking lot to return it to him. Very kind and honest staff! We were very impressed by the whole experience. This is a great, quality place.

This was my first time trying this place. I tried it because of the reviews. For first time ordering, I always make it simple. I ordered crispy shrimp w/garlic sauce, veg fried rice and 2 egg rolls. Needless to say, the presentation looked good, but the taste just wasn’t there. I added soy sauce, sweet n sour sauce and hot mustard. It was still blah, not to mention the broccoli was a little over cooked. Also, their prices are high. Overall, I will stick to my previous place until I find a good backup.

The Jade Palace Restaurant was a delightful surprise. We, my wife and I, just ordered takeout “to test the waters” having recently moved into the area. We ordered two simple dishes that we both love and eat often so comparison would be easy; Shrimp Rolls, Beef with string beans, and Shrimp Egg Foo Young.
The Shrimp Rolls were light and crispy. The flavors of the food dominated the taste of our meal rather than the heavy oily taste and texture that is usually is so obvious in many Chinese dishes. There was a freshness about the vegetables that added to the enjoyment of the meal. The portions were generous and the meal was totally satisfying. We look forward to going back for a sit-down dinner.

Portion size for the price do not match at all. A take out order had more rice and filler than actual protein. The soup came in a tiny container with 2 wontons. I’ve never seen a place try to cut so many corners to save a dime. The bag of noodles was larger than the soup. Pretty disappointed in this for what I paid. So many choices in the area, this was one to skip over. Used to be a great place, don’t know what happened.
