We ordered 3 sandwiches ahead of time online. When we entered to pick them up they hadn’t started them even though the app notified us that they were ready and we had given a tip. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to complete while they helped other customers in line. My family is extremely disappointed when we have had no complaints before. It also looked like the manager had left while we were waiting.

The man that served me and my girlfriend was super sweet, he even complemented my girlfriends face paint, he recommended us options on what to get to add more flavor. Was very Late, Service was rude, Not a store I’d ever recommend anyone visit, they will be very, very, slow. I ordered takeout but they still took forever! We found 3 pieces of paper from the cheese when they take it off, one lady was nice, but this is unacceptable.

The girls working were really nice and accommodating. They made sure it’s what we wanted and even labeled the sandwiches on which ones they were.

This place has a hugh problem of not being open when you stop there to get a sub. When they are open employees don’t really seem to care about there jobs and are not at all that friendly with customers. The owner needs to review the problems he has with staff or it won’t be long and the place will go out of business. I can’t really rate it lately because they are closed so often.

Grabbed a sub to go up to the county park just north. It’s cold out there so nothing fills the void like a toasted meatball sub to share. Staff was great as they directed me not to get the pro sub because with meatballs it wouldn’t have really added much at all and only make things more messy. Small line, though worked through it quickly. Sub was great. Ambiance was a clean subway. As subways go it was a five, but is any subway a five?
