Literally took forever to order then I come home and the “flatbread” was super thin and crispy to the point of being burnt. It was disgusting. Warming up this one I’ve had for over a decade the same sandwich at others and never had to complain but this one was just gross and hard to eat w my teeth. I’m going to try and call to get a new made cuz I can’t eat the other side it’s much harder. Guess calling corporate cuz can’t even call back. I do not want to travel another 20 mins after getting off of work to possibly get a remake smh- don’t go here unless u have really low expectations and I usually hate complaining but this is just bad

I walked in at 8:55 pm (store hours say they’re open until 9:00 pm)—abruptly informed they’re closed. When I looked at my phone and pointed out it was 8:55 and the posted hours state they’re open until 9:00, I received, “we’re closed”. Now that I’ve read some reviews, I see this is clearly an issue at this location. Well, they lost my business to another local restaurant that honors their posted restaurant hours. Never going to this location again. Would love to talk to franchise owners to see how they can explain.

I got my subway delivered, they don’t have a store driver so it was ordered from doordash. I ordered a foot long cookie and got a churro instead. I called subway and they said they had no way of getting that to me and that I have to contact my dasher. The dasher didn’t have a phone number so i had no way of contacting them. Which shouldn’t be my job because subway was the ones who messed up.

We ordered 3 sandwiches ahead of time online. When we entered to pick them up they hadn’t started them even though the app notified us that they were ready and we had given a tip. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to complete while they helped other customers in line. My family is extremely disappointed when we have had no complaints before. It also looked like the manager had left while we were waiting.

Went into this location, they seem to be under new management. I walked in and I was yelled at from the counter as I took a step in the door “how many foot longs!?” I told her 2 and that I have a coupon. She VERY dramatically rolled her eyes when I mentioned the coupon. And gave a fake smile. This place is awful! Please save yourself the time and go to another location or a competing business.

For the past couple of years, my (no longer secret) side-hustle has been working in the food delivery industry (as well as using vague, overly formal descriptors.) I’ve gotten very familiar with many of the local restaurants from the perspective of a delivery driver. The Saukville Subway is always extremely quick, and I have never experienced any problems with the accuracy of their orders. Keep up the great work, oh Subway of Saukville!
