If I could I’d honestly give zero stars. The two guys on staff were not attentive and didn’t quite listen well. Both of them had ear buds in and were on what I assume was personal calls while they were supposed to be helping customers. Sadly I couldn’t even let them know my order was made wrong as they didn’t pay much attention to detail or other people. While I was checking out he was mumbling to himself on the phone. I don’t care you talk on the phone but it’s not very good to do when you are working with customers. Sadly I will not be coming back to this location.

I waited over 40 minutes for my order at the Subway in Plymouth — and I had already placed it ahead of time through the mobile app. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The staff, including someone I assume was the owner, was incredibly rude and visibly upset that I used a coupon from the official app. Even though I had already paid, they barely wanted to honor the order and acted like I was doing something wrong.
When I finally got my food, the sub looked like a joke — barely any ingredients, frozen cucumbers, and a receipt was literally touching all the vegetables. The place was disgusting. I watched as they used dirty utensils, never changed gloves, and handled cash while touching food.
This was beyond unprofessional. I will never go back to this location and strongly recommend others avoid it too. Save yourself the frustration — go anywhere else.

I was extremely surprised by the workers at this location. Very friendly, greeted us with a smile as we walked in as well as apologized for the wait when it was our turn(wasn’t long really). The place was over the top clean…kind of did a double take to make sure I was in a Subway…lol. Overall they are great if you need a sub your way. One downside was they were training when we went and the trainee was having a hard time it looked like and made it take a bit longer than it should’ve, but not bad.

Don’t go if you have a coupon. The new owners do not honor the subs you can order. They made up their own list of the cheap subs to honor the coupon. Even one that’s not even on the menu. Iv never gotten such a skimpy sub until now at this location. Never going back. Walmart Subway is getting all my business now

Had coupon 3 ft longs for $18 ish at the register coupon didn’t work I had a $20 gift card remainder balance $1.02 but still paid $10 cash pulse the man claimed to put $4 of his money. New owners are a scam!

Extremely unprofessional and bad customer service by the manager. Sat there arguing with me about an online order that I placed at 8:30am and was for 12:30. Don’t waste your time here and go to subway in Walmart Plymouth.

Love ordering on the app for pick up, but have also eaten there. Are for sandwiches were made as we asked and all the ingredients were fresh. The sub bread was fresh and tasty. Staff is always friendly and efficient. My family tends to order from here at least a few times a month.
