We ordered online they messed up a salad order and put no lettuce on it, once we noticed it we called into the store and he verified that it indeed should of had lettuce and it was there mess up we were told manager Alyssa would call us! It’s been a week with no call, this same manager worked at the Lomira store and was horrible there too, if you order online check before you leave.

I thought the boy who took my order was not nice. My foot long had not much meat on it I asked him to put more meat on it and I would pay for more and he took two fingers and moved the meat that was on it already. I had no meat on either end of the bread. He also counted each vegetable he put on and I asked him about that because there was only a few pieces on it. Put it this way I have never been treated that bad from this place before and never had such a terrible sandwich as I did tonight. Was not worth the money I paid for it.

Ordered two subs online and both were made wrong. The bread was wrong for both subs and some toppings were forgotten. Called right away about it and they were not willing to re make the sandwiches the correct way. They said they would send coupons but never asked for an address or anything. Pretty awful way to run a business or pretty awful employees.

Employees there are fine. The manager however needs to be checked. My little cousin went in and was flattening out the air bubbles on the window signs that are so horribly placed. No, she shouldn’t have been doing it, would have been understandable to ask her to stop. Instead manager Pam proceeds to ban her and said something along the lines of “you people always ruin things” you people implying to my Native American cousin. Although her statement doesn’t make very much sense it’s obvious on what she’s trying to imply. A person who can’t handle a simply situation without saying foul things should not be able to help run a business.

Worst experience from a subway ever. First, I ordered through DoorDash. DoorDash and their dasher were amazing and did what they had to on their end. However, when I received my meal, it had no protein on it even when I ordered DOUBLE. Okay cool, it happens. Give a quick call. Well I called, the first employee was very short with me and seemed to have no idea what was going on. He gave the phone to someone else. The next employee on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. That being said, I asked if I could speak to Desi, as that is the listed GM on the receipt. I was then told she is no longer employed there. Which okay fine, that also happens. I get it. So I then ask for the MOD…..just to be told there was NO MOD!! That’s where I lost patience. Kid on the phone told me he’d take down my name and number and that Mike the manager would give me a call back. Fine there. It’s settled. Or so I thought. Few days went by and still no call, so I give them another call. Mike proceeded to hang up on me before hearing my complaint in full. Was not professional in anyway, shape, or form. Have since called back just to continue to be hung up on. Most unprofessional service I have ever received. If I could give no stars I would.

This store is great with a couple of concerning issues though. They don’t have wet floor signs and the floor is quite slick when wet.( raining day of visit) Im not that old but I almost fell coming in the store and the floor mats don’t resolve this issue for safety. Also I placed my order using the app and they finished 7 people’s food before starting my order causing them to finally finish my order over 10 minutes later then when the app said it was complete. They also need to work on order accuracy as well do to another error made from another customer I saw before us who also placed their order on the app for pick up. Other then that the employees show potential but I believe need direction on how to be more accurate and have a safer restaurant.

Ordered a large order online. When we picked it up and brought it back to work, we were missing a few drinks and chips. We called the store and they fixed the issue immediately – they went above and beyond to make the situation better for us. HIGHLY appreciated and HIGHLY recommend!!

The two employees today June 17th at around 2:30pm were exceptional! Great service! Friendly! And the sub was extra delicious today! Great bread today! No wait. Very satisfied. One of my best experiences ever at a Subway! Keep up the great work! Will definitely be back!
