Very good breakfast. Pleasant service. Clean facility. Free parking handicap parking handicap access clean restroom shares same entrance as Pizza Hut. Easy to see from the road simple access to Highway 60. Personally I like the Subway card I build up points and then I get a free meal that’s awesome.

Online ordering was not working. Website is garbage. Very upset. Wife needed to eat but I guess whoever controls the website had a rough day. Now I got an upset hungry family. Will think twice about our next visit.

The girl that was working today is great! This is the second time we have been there on a Sunday morning and she has taken care of us. The last time we were there they were getting slammed and she handled it all with a smile on her face and was also helping her coworkers who seemed to be new. Keep up the good work!

Great service!! All the employees are kind and hard working. Such great customer service my 9 year old daughter even noticed and wanted to leave a tip! Well done. We will only go to this subway in Hartford from now on.

We were in the middle of eating our subs and as soon as the clock struck 9 which is apparently their closing time we were told they close and 9 we have to go outside to finish eating they have to lock the doors. I thought that was a bit extreme and out of protocol. I can see of we were finished and then just chit chatting and hanging around bit we were quiet and eating. Just got all of our subs 10 mins before. The whole lobby was empty ot was just us not seeing why they couldn’t just do all their closing work around us and then just have our one table left at the end to wipe down quick. I have never at any restaurant been asked to leave while eating.

This Subway is one of the not so good ones. Their bread ALWAYS taste stale and their veggies look like they’ve been sitting around for 2 weeks. I don’t understand why the owner doesn’t do something about it, maybe she feels mediocre is acceptable? I can tell you, many have stopped going due to the decline in quality. I used to eat Subway 3x a week, now I refuse to go.

We ordered our food after waiting 5 minutes for people in front of us. It was close to closing time. We were half way through our subs and were asked to leave because they had closed. I’m thinking it’s like 915. NOPE! 900… Really?!! I never heard of this before

I tried ordering online, website charged my card but I never got an order confirmation. Called the store, talked to someone who said I would probably have to call my bank and cancel the charge because nothing came through on their end and this was a known issue with their website. So took my computer down to the store to show what I ordered, and talked with the woman who I spoke with on the phone, who claimed to be the store owner. I asked if the subs I ordered could please be made since I had already been charged for them. The owner laughed at me and said no, it wasn’t her problem and that I would have to call my bank and cancel the charge. This is obviously terrible customer service and I will not be going to this Subway again
