Kasey was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. He made my sandwich exactly how I asked and didn’t rush me at all. The place was clean, service was fast, and he really made the experience better. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Subway. Give him a raise!

Disappointed that you can’t get meat ball sub it was an hour before close however I can’t imagine they are hard to prep. Condiments where on back counter, again had an hour before close . Warm mayo is not good but that’s just my opinion. However The two gentlemen working where polite . The lettuce was turning brown not something you really want to put on your sandwich let alone a customers .

Mobile order . Ordered 4 sandwiches 2 of them were extra meat (charged for but didn’t get it) ordered a sandwich with onion and the entire thing was filled with onion ! Tried to call and they would not answer the phone !!

Just changed my review. Walked in at 710pm. No one in the store except 2 employees. I was told upon entering they were too busy to serve me, it would be awhile. As they had 3 people ahead of me?? So I waited. 5 min passed and noting. Them just chit chatting. And she was cleaning the counter top. At 717pm I left. So rude! I’ll go elsewhere if this is the type of people working there.

The female worker (tall, light skin) was rude. I have worked at subway before and the customer in front of me ordered a footlong Flatbread. Instead of making it the way she should she made it the opposite direction and when the customer tried to clarify it was meant to be a footlong she said it was then asked in a condensendimg tone “I can make it a 6 inch if you want”. This is 1 of many instances that I have witness her being rude and cruel to customers. She does not put the correct amount of meat and cheese on the sandwich, the series sandwiches are mostly extra cheese and a specific amount of meat, however, she puts on as much as she feels.
Idk why they still have business with the way she treats people. She yells at the guy she works with and gets enraged when she is questioned. She mentioned it was her boyfriend but I don’t understand why she treats anyone the way she does, especially her boyfriend. There was a kid there, I don’t know who but she was also mean to him. People waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and I know it really doesn’t take that long to make a sandwich. I will drive to Iowa falls to get my subway fix before i go in there when she’s working.

We stopped in Hampton to grab a sandwich tonight, our dogs were in the truck looking left out and Kyle gave us some chicken to feed the dogs!❤️. Kyle was friendly and outgoing and our sandwiches were amazing! Thanks Kyle for the great service! We will definitely be back!

They need to do better. Period! Maybe it was an off day? I don’t know, but I definitely will go elsewhere. All the veggies were soggy and not fresh. The tuna was at the very bottom of the container and yielded one scoop to spread over the bun. It tasted aweful.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. The girl who waited on us did not wear her mask properly, nor did she re-glove been using the cash register and making our sandwiches. I got a pathetic amount of veggies and when I asked for more, she looked at me and added two more spinach leaves. Also, when I bit into my sandwich, the bread was doughy. I won’t be back.

Many times we order online and they call us to explain they have ran out of bread. Always painful to receive a refund. Managers need to learn how to run the store.
