Love this location. When in town I always try to make it over here. Food is delicious and service always great.

We stopped for breakfast at a pancake house on Glades Rd in Boca Raton, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered the irish omelet. What arrived looked like an overinflated pillow sitting on the plate. When I cut into it, it was dry, flavorless. It was not enjoyable or even edible.

I politely asked to have the dish removed from the bill. In every other restaurant, if a customer is unhappy with a meal, they either remake it or remove it from the check. That’s basic hospitality. Instead, I was told they “don’t cancel orders” and that I would still have to pay for it.

I was left with no choice but to order something very simple — two eggs over medium — because I was still hungry. In the end, I was charged for both the inedible omelet and the replacement eggs.

Charging a customer for food that was clearly substandard and refusing to correct the mistake shows a complete lack of customer service. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

The place was very busy. But with that said they seated us with in 15 minutes. We were approached right away and ordered. The pancakes were delicious. If you want real Maple syrup and not what is already on the table it will cost you an extra $4.00. Very simple place but loud and busy. Food is good over all.

There was a short wait outside. Social distance protocols were observed. We wore masks to enter then removed them once we were seated. The staff were pleasant, great customer service experience. We loved our server. My family enjoyed their pancakes and respective meals. I loved my crepes. It’s a great place for breakfast with family or friends. Covid has not impacted the quality of the food or the service. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the US.

I loved the set up of this location. It’s very spacious compared to the one in Tamarac.
Food was pretty darn good too. The best french toast I’ve ever had, hands down! Also the option to have the bacon IN the pancakes is absolutely genius the chicken crepe was worth a try as well…
If and when I’m back in the area I will definitely revisit

My wife loves the Apple Pancake, oven baked with fresh granny smith apples and pure Sinkiang cinnamon glaze. I tried the Spanish Omelet, Direct from Barcelona. Omelette Espanole. Our fluffy omelet filled with fresh mushrooms and smothered with a spicy, peppery, tangy sauce. Some how they forgot the sauce. It is a closed omelet so they can bake.

Not a fan.

Perfect breakfast spot for all things pancake. They have pancakes, crepes, omelettes, and a lot more. Got the Dutch baby, it took a while but it was so delicious! Perfectly doughy in the middle and crispy on the sides, excellent with a little lemon and butter. They even had a balloon artist there for the kids which was awesome. Service was great and my coffee cup stayed full!

Got seated promptly and the service was good …the coffee service came by very often with refills. The wait for our meal was normal and our server was friendly and courteous. There is a an extensive menu with many good choices. The seats were comfortable and clean. The location is off the main and parking wasn’t too bad. A nice restaurant for breakfast or brunch. My first time here, but will definitely be back.

Prices are insane for a diner style breakfast spot. Potato pancakes roughly $16, a side of toast was roughly $5, a single 6oz cup of regular coffee was $5, small oj was roughly $6, after adding 2 scrambled eggs and a side of sausage breakfast for one adult and a cold was nearly $45. Way too high for a diner type atmosphere.

To get out of the mall where we had just picked up our new iPhones, we decided to stay close and stopped at the Original Pancake House, which we hadn’t eaten at in at least five years. I ordered the dish I almost always order there, which is the Eggs Michael, which is their benedict with a mushroom sherry sauce.

I recall it having a fresher flavor to the sauce than what came out which had canned mushrooms. Also, I asked the server for the potato pancakes because I remember this dish coming with them in the first place — but apparently, they no longer do. She nodded and said OK, you can have those.

When the food came out, she brought regular pancakes. She apologized because she said she didn’t hear me correctly, but I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes for pancakes to come out, so I took these instead of the regular ones. I didn’t really like them. They were starchy, which I guess is what a pancake is supposed to taste like, but I didn’t love these.

Rachel got some chicken crepe thing, it looked nasty, like a bad 70s Chicken A La King thing you’d seen in a vintage women’s magazine made with Campbell’s Soup.

The lunch menu is actually more constrained than what I thought they would have. They don’t even have burgers here. They seem to have regular sandwiches like turkey club sandwiches, BLTs, etc. I didn’t see anything that looked like it could be a roast beef or anything like that, so I ordered breakfast. I don’t think this place is operating at the same level as it did five years ago, let alone 10. Probably don’t need to eat here again.
