Great customer service! Bre was helpful navigating the new menu. Was welcoming and engaged in conversation. We had the MexiCali. She let us know some people think the pepper jack is spicy but she didn’t. It was great. She let us do no onion on half the 12”sandwich and even separated the halves for us. She also let us know we could get a 3rd cookie for just a penny more. That was an easy decision. Good customer service is hard to find. Bre is excellent!

I was so excited to find a subway close to the square. I was instantly greeted. Great so far. I ordered my sandwich and the gentleman taking my order was great. Then a lady took over at the veggie part. She was getting ready to put veggies on when another woman came in saying she had left her purse. So the worker making my sandwich, takes off one of her gloves and grabbed the customers purse. Then she walks over and puts another glove on her hand. And proceeds to make my sandwich! She didn’t wash her hands nor did she change both gloves. Then without even asking she grabs a handful of brown lettuce and puts it on my sandwich. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I will start by saying most of the time my order is perfect. But, most of the time I order during the week. The weekday crew is absolutely awesome! I ordered an Italian BMT bowl online today, Sunday June 13th. I ordered it with lettuce, shredded cheese mix, spinach, more pickles, green peppers, more banana peppers, spicy sriracha sauce and meat cut up. I put in the special instructions to cut up meat and add spicy sriracha sauce as the topping. I received spinach, a few pickles, very few green peppers, very few banana peppers, and SW Chipotle sauce. The bowl was about half full. If your employee’s don’t care to make my meal the way I order it, let them go. This is so common in today’s world. It’s like they don’t even care. Once again thumbs up to the weekday crew, thumbs down for the weekend crew. Hope this helps someone out.
