Female employee with black hair was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Her attitude from the jump start at the drive thru was sassy and uninterested. When we got to the window our order took a millennium long to be done and once it was time to pay she SNATCHED the money out of my hands, rolled her eyes, and didn’t even tell us the total. She pocketed my friend’s 5$ for her own “tip” (that was not intended). We are NOT happy with this experience and expect better from the employees.

I don’t think you guys realize how hard it is to work fast food. A lot of you are so quick to have bad reviews or leave small stars. They have new owners now, everytime I come in here it’s great! Everyone here is so sweet to me & they work really hard, I used to work fast food & not everyone is good with a rush, you guys get so upset whenever you have to wait for long, yes it’s called “fast food” but when they have so many people coming in with only two workers, that isn’t always possible. Keep up the great work ladies!

I went through the drive through and ordered a foot long BMT with black olives and mayo. When I got home I discovered the only thing on the sandwich what black olives and mayo there was also a burnt spot on the bread. I didn’t request it be toasted nor did they ask I I wanted it toasted. When paying I was handed a card reader that was absolutely filthy. Choosing Subway was a mistake I will not be making again.

I guess my review is going to upset some. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION. I am from out of state, so I have only been here twice. The first time was a few months ago, and then again today. Both times I was served by “the older lady” (as some call her). She is an absolute sweetheart, and reminds me of my own mother. She is always polite and always smiling. Now, don’t get me wrong, I was raised to RESPECT my elders. I speak to her as I would my own mother with “yes ma’am, no ma’am, please and thank you ma’am”. She, as with all humans, is very receptive to kind words and a calm, respectful attitude. I know that she is a perfectionist by her attention to detail, and checking everything twice… which I appreciate. People need to understand that people with anxiety and perfectionism can “seem” rude in their ways, but it isn’t the case at all. Please give her a break because she is out here killing it in the food industry. I admire her for living her best life. Thank you Subway lady for your impeccable and upbeat service. Me and my puppy appreciate you.

Most I have ever paid for a cold cut combo! Bread was stale like a loaf of bread that was left open on the counter for more than a week! Never again will they get another dollar from me

Awful service, rude employees, hours are whatever they feel like for that day. Worst Subway I’ve dealt with. We tried going to this location to avoid the SS locations, but now realize the SS service is far above and beyond this ridiculous and rude place. The owner should strongly consider hiring new staff. Or, if this is actually how the owner chooses to operate their business, they’re in the WRONG line of business. There are enough complaints on here, the owner clearly knows there’s an issue but doesn’t care to take any action. I will happily spend my money elsewhere, and I hope all others do the same.

Went up to subway tonight to get dinner for my husband and myself. Ordered my husband’s sandwich first, the begin placing my order for my sandwich, halfway through ordering my sandwich the girl taking my order was laughing and more concerned with joking with the other person working. I got my order and drove home. Gave my husband his sandwich it was perfect. Sat down and opened mine. It was the wrong bread, and untoasted when I asked for it to be toasted not just warmed up. So naturally irritated with my order. I called up to the store and spoke with the girl who took my order and informed her that my sandwich wasn’t toasted. She responded to me saying that they had warmed it up. I told her that I just didn’t want it warmed up but toasted. She said she didn’t realize that. Well perhaps if she had been paying attention when I was placing my order she would have made sure that it was toasted. I asked if I could bring my sandwich back to get the right one. She told me they warmed it up and there wasn’t anything they could do about that. So I asked who the manager on duty was. She said she was and that there wouldn’t be any point in coming back up there, because they were now closed. I asked for the actual store manager’s name. Well Teresa I’ll will coming up there in the morning to have a discussion with you about your employees and about changing your hours for your store on the website. Since it states this store is open until 9pm. I spent ten dollars on a sandwich that I can’t even eat or enjoy. I will not come back to this location if this type of service is acceptable. Think I will make a complaint to the district manager as well.

It’s a good, standard Subway that features a driver thru and everything you’d expect from a Subway. It will have all the deals and sandwiches you’d expect.

Extremely rude service. The owner was working and treated me like it was my darn fault for ordering there when I had a mobile order and showed up before the pickup time. There are signs up all over the store such as don’t use you’re phone aside from subway app or you won’t be served. Told me I can’t just order and show up before the pick up time because “this isn’t McDonald’s”. I can only imagine how she treats her staff if this is how she treats a paying customer. If I hadn’t already ordered on the app so I could use a coupon, as they don’t accept paper coupons, I would have left and not given them business. The district manager really needs to do something as this reflects horribly on the Subway brand.

Went through the drive-through tonight. I ordered my sandwich like I have done in the past many of times. I got home and opened the sandwich it was missing part of the things I ordered. I had also asked it to be warmed up and it was ice cold. I called and got the assistance manager and told her what had happened. While on the phone she ask the guy that made the sandwich did he warm it up. He said yes and then she told me that he did warm it up because she had watched him make the sandwich. She then asked and about the other items that were missing that I had paid extra for. She told me that he had put them on and then told me that I could bring it back up but they would probably be closed. Never once did I get An apology or given other options since they would be closing and they wouldn’t be there. My mom was a Regional manager for Subway for 10 years so I know how the business works.
