Going to be 100% honest, food was delicious definitely what a mom and pop should taste like. HUGE PORTIONS and very flavorful and many options. Only reason why I wouldn’t come back is they charge you 18% tip with out telling you. NOT COOL

Was just there two days ago and food was so good! The service was also great! I was going to order pickup so I went to look at my receipt for the number and saw they charged 18% for tip(10.00) and then since I didn’t see that I also tipped 12 dollars so all in all I tipped them 22 dollars I wish they would have told us when the check came smh

Ecuadorian food is great and diverse but this place just milks the customers shamelessly. We got charged $32 for a small ceviche and a beer delivered in a plastic cup! Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other Latin American restaurants in Norwalk.
