Solid experience at this Subway location. The sandwich quality is consistent, and I appreciate the fresh ingredients. I got an Italian sub, which was tasty and filling. The shop wasn’t so busy, so I got my food pretty quick. The staff was working hard and keeping up. A reliable choice if you are in a rush.

Tried calling twice tonight and they don’t answer the phone. So I decide to go in. There’s two employees stuffing their faces in the back and one in front swamped with orders. Asked for a toasted sandwich and it came out not toasted. Couldn’t even use my coupon that I tried calling them about twice.

Went in with a coupon and was told they do t accept them.
As I was ordering I had to constantly repeat myself. All I got was 2 sandwiches. A kids sandwich and myself one. Asked for mine to be toasted and it was put in but was still cold. The place was very quiet. When I first walked in I was looking at the menu and was told to go to the other side of the restaurant. I was not given a hi or hello just a rude comment telling me to go to the other side. I was clearly looking up at the menu not even ready to order. The workers were super slow I mean moved at a snails pace. A kids sandwich and a 6 in was 12.00. Highly not happy with my experience. As I walked in with the coupon in my hand clearly visible. And they waited until after I made my order to tell me they do not accept them. Which is fine I don’t know why you would wait until after to advise you don’t take coupons.
I would have taken my kid somewhere else that they were more familiar with if I would have known I was gonna be told to go to the other side and that coupons are not accepted.

AVOID THIS PLACE. The only subway that doesn’t take any in person coupons or online deals the franchise offers. I live right down the road and I will not give this place my money. Not sure what makes the owner think he’s special. I’d love talk to talk to the owner but I’m pretty many other people have the same idea I do and he/she doesn’t care. I would love for this subway to go out of business. 🙂
