Pretty average Subway. Unfortunately, they had probably the stalest bread I’ve ever been served, and they we out of quite a bit of options. Staff was nice, but probably will never go back.

Ordered online and it sent it to the wrong location. This has happened twice on the app where it shows the location I selected and then after check out reverts back to the last location I used. Not their fault. I call the store and the lady tells me she will call her boss and call me back. Her boss told her because she already made the food they will not issue me a refund. (Food that I’m not coming to pick up since it’s 30 minutes from me) horrible customer service.

I placed a pickup order and when I went to pick up my food they weren’t starting door dash orders when they got there since the dashers stole food. I was not a Dasher. The lady was rude and told me maybe I should give my order to someone else. Then she apologized and said they were slammed with pickup orders. The subs were not edible they were thrown together with way too much vingerette. I will not be ordering subway again

i’ve ordered here a few times and it’s always something, they have charged me twice for the wrong sub and i’ve always ordered the same sub.. a spicy italian with sauce… that’s it’s. This time i ordered online so i wouldn’t be charged wrong and the bread was hard as a rock (I don’t toast it), Im very disappointed.

There’s an employee, I can’t remember her name but she’s been in there several times that i’ve gone and i believe she’s a manager— she always is incredible!! We can hold a nice conversation while she prepares our food and she even reminded me that I could use my phone number at checkout when I said I forgot I could use my app to order and get points!!

The staff was wonderful, however all the toppings were very unfresh looking and the bread was hard. The seating area and bathroom were very dirty…. definitely needs better management

The workers are very kind! They ask what you need. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me A LOT like probably 20, and I got a 6in. It is very clean and I would recommend going!

Tried to order on the app, they were out of some ingredients. Okay, understandable. They called us about it but the man on the phone was very rude and impatient and mumbled something incoherent over the phone and hung up on us. All we tried to ask was if it was able to be refunded or if we could just swap the type of sandwich. He mumbled something, interrupting my bf, and hung up- not even letting us finish the question. This isn’t the first time we’ve had awful customer service and I’m sure, given how many times it’s happened before, that if we got our food- a lot would have been wrong on them. Usually we just don’t care. It’s just a sandwich and is good anyway. But this is unacceptable treatment when dealing with customers and is why I’m leaving a review.

Did a mobile order and it was ready when I arrived. I knew something was off though. I got to my car and opened it up and they had forgot to put lettuce on my salad. I went back in and the teenage boy in charge added lettuce to my salad. He was very friendly and apologized. I hope he keeps up the good work and good customer service!

This review will be kept short for the purposes of saving my thumbs. A young man named Corbin at the Harvey Michigan location has tickled my brain in ways nobody else ever has. We engaged in enthraling conversation about the sandwiches and Subway as a business. Such a humerous and supple young man with so much to say and so much still to teach me. Wow. Just wow.
