It’s time again, and it’s here . PI day at blaze pizza, we try to make it for our family annually pizza day. With the custom make your own pizza, you can decide what to put on your pizza. I really love that idea and the best of all only $3.14 a piece. Which is not bad at all. The line was long and it took us almost an hour wait , but it was worth it. Everyone was happy and satisfied with it. The place was cozy and warm. Customer services were friendly and up beat and the line was moving fast. It took about ten minutes to have your pizza after you ordered. So if you haven’t tried it , then wait for next year to get involved in action. Or better yet go and try out their delicious pizza anytime.

It’s such a shame that I have to give them one star rating to their pizza. They need to clean their pizza oven every so often to make sure the costumers are not eating carbonized carcinogens. Every time after eating their pizza, my hands are covered in soots as if I just cleaned a chimney. Great ingredients messed up by laziness.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Blaze Pizza in La Habra, and I was very impressed. The pizza was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting.

I started my meal with a side of garlic knots, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The knots were soft and fluffy on the inside, with a crispy exterior. The garlic sauce was flavorful and creamy, and it was the perfect accompaniment to the knots.

For my pizza, I ordered the “Build Your Own” option. I started with the signature thin crust, which was crispy and flavorful. I then added a variety of toppings, including mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the toppings were all fresh and delicious.

Overall, I had a great experience at Blaze Pizza La Habra. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable pizza option.

Ok this place is.. horrid.

The teenagers were busy talking to someone in the line behind me, completely missing that my husband and I were together getting separate pizzas, so his got all the toppings then a couple min later mine was taken care of.

The entire place was sort of sticky/ dirty feeling(such as grease on my cup).

Pizza wasn’t bad but not great. However their cheese does give good “cheese pull”!

Then I made the colossal mistake of needing to use the ladies room before I left. When I tell you it stank, I mean I almost threw up and I wouldn’t wish that smell on my worst enemy. Pretty sure I saw black mold in the corners/ along the edge of the floor but I had to get out before I lost my dinner.

I may try another location, eventually, but not for a long, long time. Absolutely revolted.

Just hope I don’t end up with more regret….

Customer service in this place has gotten worse, the floors and tables are filthy, the staff just doesn’t seem to even care. The music is so loud that cant even hear you when your trying place the pizza order. The restrooms are usually out of order every time we come here and when there not there filthy. This place has realy gone down hill over the last few months… Hope someone open another pizza joint in the neighborhood because the quality and service d here has gotten very bad…. after a 4 week hiatus I visited again and this is the email I sent to Justin. I asked for a justin and no one seem to know whohe was…

Dear Justin sorry I did not get back to you earlier. Below was the review I left on Google which you asked me to reach out to you.  I am currently at your pizza place again today and I have found the same issues. I have taken the liberty enclosing some pictures for your reference. I appreciate the fact that your staff is busy. But once again the rest rooms and table leave a lot to be desired.

Hopefully these issue can be addressed at some point.

Sincerely Yours

For a thin crust pie it was very floppy, soggy and was very floppy. I ordered delivery and it was also cold/warmish. Good flavor but definately not crispy. Very chewy. My search for a Jersey style pizza continues. I also found out that you can’t order this pizza for dine in. Pick up and delivery only. Kind of strange that they won’t allow you to eat it in the restaurant.

We come once every week or so. The pizza crust has definitely improved the last couple of times we have visited. The place can be a little cleaner but understandable because it is usually crowded anytime we go.

Refunded the pitch-black burnt-bottom one and this one was less burnt but i wouldn’t go there again. Not keeping their word for same day refund processing and making me wait days.

This is in reference to the La Habra/Whittier Blvd. location specifically. I tried to buy two pizzas there last night–I had attempted to order online, but the website would only re-load the main page regardless of which option I chose, so I drove to the restaurant foolishly thinking I could simply place my order when I got there. The young lady at the counter behaved as if she had never heard of anyone walking into a restaurant and placing their order in-person, and the young man making pizzas told me that I couldn’t simply tell them what I wanted, give them money, and they would make my order. No, he insisted that I, a willing-to-pay customer standing in the restaurant, MUST order online, or download and install the Blaze Pizza phone app on my cell phone and order through that. When I questioned that, he then told me that he would need to make a phone call to see what they could do.

So, what could have been a nice relationship carrying into the future will now never be, simply because Blaze Pizza hires people who, apparently, don’t know how businesses operate in the real world. And if Blaze Pizza doesn’t cater to walk-in customers, they should make that known in their advertising.
