Jill was the sweetest person ever, she was working alone while the line was super long and still put so much care and attention into each sandwich she made. She was so friendly and I’ve never had such amazing customer experience. Please give her a raise!! Also the bathrooms were very nice and clean

The grayling subway is consistently short staffed, out of the “fresh prep” subway is typically known for, service is slow and unprofessional. Girls gossiping while making the sandwiches. There is only ever like 1 person there EVERYTIME my family goes there. We always say, we will try again, and today was the last try I believe. Which is unfortunate, we frequent subway often. We ordered online, and when we walked in to get said order, it wasn’t even started being made yet. I left and came back and was very polite and patient with the girl working. I drive all the way back to my out of city area, and the subs are completely wrong, AGAIN. There wasn’t even a customer in the building when I picked my order up. I’m unsure how this type of thing continues to happen, but it’s absurd to be honest. I work as a manager at a local bar restaurant and I understand how service goes. It’s just not ever up to even a half ass standard there in Grayling. I’ve debated writing this complaint for a while now, but after today I just couldn’t hold my tongue. Please have someone get a hold of this restaurant and do some damage control. I know my family can’t be the only ones frustrated. Thank you

Had Jill as our sandwich maker. She was so sweet and put care into all of the food, despite there being a long line because she was also the only worker there on a Saturday night. Give this girl a raise, she’s busting her ass down there and still giving us customers a good experience. Thank you, Jill!

I don’t typically complain or leave reviews. However every time we order / go to this subway it is nothing but issues. Every time I say it is my last time ordering from this location. Today it took over 45 minutes to make two footlong Italian subs. This location is always under staffed, and the person behind the counter today I believe was deliberately moving at a slow pace. They are usually out of “fresh” ingredients, there’s been times I’ve tried to order their limited time subs to be told “we don’t have that at this location” even though they have it advertised both in store and online. If you’re looking for subs in grayling skip this subway and go to Two River Deli across the street, we’ve always had great service there and amazing food. Will not be going to this subway again.

I placed a mobile order for two footlongs
One steak, one ham and cheese
Hill called me and said they were out of steak at 7pm and she switched it to teriyaki chicken
Not at all what I wanted
When I waited in line she didn’t know I was there for my mobile order even tho it said it would be done at 7:15 I wanted til 7:48
She continued to tell the whole lobby it’s not her fault her mama get dosnt come to work
I called the next day and Jayden took amazing care of me

Online orders are more important than a waiting customer. Manager refused to identify herself. The cross eye guy moves as slow as paint drying.Pretty sure corporate will not like to hear from me in regards to my experience today

For multiple nights, I have been going through the Drive-through quite a while before close and being told that I will receive service in a few moments. For multiple nights, I have been sitting for 10+ minutes and receiving absolutely no service until I just drive away. I’m not sure why I’m not getting service and what is going on, but it’s been happening repeatedly.

Lady working refused to help my husband because he didn’t have an online order. He stood there waiting for 25 minutes, and each person who walked in AFTER him has helped first, at least 3 people were served before he decided to walk out. Very unhappy with house this was handled

Ordering plain and adding the condiments/dressing myself from now on…

It would be cool if when you order any kind of condiments/dressing that they didn’t use a ton of it and squirt it all down the side of the sandwich to get all over the place, knowing this happens a lot, when I placed my online order, I asked for less dressing and still received a smashed up soggy sandwich covered and wrapped in mustard and mayo… I genuinely don’t like writing bad reviews but, c’mon y’all…

I ordered a steak and cheese sub. There is hardly any meat on one side of the sandwich and an excess amount of green peppers and onions throughout the entire sandwich.
We order online then pick up in store because it’s easier. They’ve really been dropping the ball on the online orders. They clearly don’t care as much about a well made sandwich if you aren’t standing in front of them watching them make it.
