Was closed at 8:20pm. Actual closing time is 9:00pm. Employees were cleaning up and ignoring my knocking on the door. Anyways I walked a couple of steps nearby called BC pizza and I would recommend you all to go there from the reviews I saw of this Subway.

This location is a joke. It’s not open nearly half the time, and the last two subs I had there were very poorly made. I had to coach the worker on how to make them properly. The windows are disgusting and have been for some time. This place needs to be bulldozed and a Jersey Mike’s built in it’s place.

They were out of items in the menu we ordered online. No one called to inform us of this. They told us no one was picking up there phone. They have 2 people on the line 1 hiding in the back. I understand it was busy but there wasn’t anyone asking if you were waiting on an online order to inform us they were out of items. Very poor customer service

I ordered this as a monster, with an online order. I tried to contact Subway online and let them know that this was unacceptable and then I require situation to be fixed before I ever use Subway again. Just this location but any location. In the last 3 months since this happened, they have not done anything to try and fix it. So I have been going to Firehouse subs, which is a little bit cheaper and the subs are way way better. Now, I wrote off Wendy’s years ago and have never returned. Now, I write off subway. And you can’t tell me this isn’t something that was passed down from the owner to the managers telling the employees to go easy on the meet and everything, not giving the customer what they are paying for. This was a $14 sandwich. It was supposed to be the monster. Half the ingredients are missing, the other ingredients are half there besides the onions and green peppers.

My husband and I ordered two Subs 11.69 each as advertised, lady rang it up twice said that’s not rt. Total came to 29.02. I paid it telling her that the price was not rt. And wanted my receipt to see what individual charge was . Receipt did not show. So she showed me on register. 13.and some change. I asked her to charge me for what was advertised, She blatantly ignored me and walked away. I will never eat there again. She knew exactly what she did.

This place was such a disappointment! We love subway and go all the time back at home, told my wife we couldn’t get extra cheese (with only having the cheese from when they pull it out of the fridge, literally nothing there) and very rude to my daughters as well. The older lady told them she wouldn’t split the sub in half and said she didn’t get paid enough to do half the stuff she does. So unprofessional! Go to this subway if you wanna eat a raw pizza!
