Tried to order Subs over the phone but no one picked up. I went in and the phone was ringing and was never picked up. I heard 2 girls talking about some video game movie. When they came to take my order they were super unmanaged They were giggling through the whole order. Had to repeat what I wanted and they still made in wrong despite being in front of me. Always a great place to go for a quick meal in East Jordan. Fresh bread, fresh veggies and the soups are so yummy! The broccoli and cheese soup is the best! The service is great – friendly, cheerful and helpful. They will even help you make a choice if you can’t decide! That’s part of small town hospitality! I recommend stopping in EJ Subway for your next lunch, boat trip or picnic. Why cook when you can order something healthy and yummy?

Horrible customer service. They don’t put any love or effort into it, they don’t know what is even cooking for the soup of the day and when they said chilli they were like I wouldn’t eat it. Super sad because we love subway .
