Traveling and stopped in for food and there famous foot long cookie. There was 1 staff running the store. She was a courteous patient. She was surprised I drove 2.5 hours to bring husband to work. Environment was clean and warm with a line full of customers waiting to be served. Great spot if you’re wanting protein.

Maybe I’m an impatient person, but I find it frustrating when I place an order on the app an hour ahead of time so I can have time on my way to work and it’s not done when I arrive. Person after person arrives and they keep making their sandwiches as I was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes past when the order was set to be done. I’m normally not too critical because I respect hard working and especially overworked employees but there were 4 staff just having a good time talking and taking their time.

Ordered a turkey footlong with the turkey, veggies and mayo & a turkey power bowl with the sweet onion teriyaki sauce. When my food was delivered, I received a foot long turkey sub with a bunch of sweet onion sauce all over it and the turkey bowl with a bunch of mayo on it. They clearly did not read the instructions carefully because it was mixed up. Tried calling and spoke with someone who said they’d talk to their manager and call me back but never did. Did not answer when I tried calling back. Very unsatisfied with the service here!

We drove across town to this Subway only to be rudely told they were “online orders only” due to staffing, even though the doors were open and the sign was on. The employee suggested we order online and pay extra fees for delivery—while standing in the store! We left and went to Jimmy John’s instead, where five friendly staff served us right away. The difference was night and day.

Went in @ 8:15pm on a friday and the store hours say 9pm online and on the door. The store was unlocked and employees were still making their orders but told us the store was closed. If you’re going to close earlier than listed maybe change the hours of operation that is posted. We just wanted a sandwhich, a single sandwhich.
