My husband and I love Ichiban!! I am originally from California, and I can honestly say this is some of the best sushi I’ve had anywhere!
It is always good and the ingredients are very fresh – both when we eat there or get it to go. The quality of their salmon is just perfection! My husband is vegan, and he really loves their veggie rolls and orders the agedashi tofu without bonito flakes and it is excellent.
The staff are also so nice and recognize us now as regulars. And, if you order hot tea, they have the most adorable tea sets 🙂

Our food was flavorful, and the amount served was bountiful. Hot tea was wonderful. You can smell the jasmine. The meal was well priced as well. Unfortunately, the server, a young man, was not hospitable and forgot our fried rice. The other server, the lady, was nice and attentive. The bathroom was clean.

Some of the other reviewers mentioned crunchy rice in their sushi. One of my rolls had some crunchy bits of rice. Otherwise, the sushi was phenomenal. Polite attentive server. The dining room was very cold. Yummy roll and Summer roll were great. Good size portions.

Delicious. I ordered take out and what a surprise. Presentation was fantastic. Big portions. Great prices. This is def worth it! If you haven’t tried it, this is a must. There’s a ton of sushi options!
Update- came for lunch. Ate inside and it was the cutest little restaurant. The staff was friendly. Food was tasty and fresh. Fantastic presentation! Had a great exp and will def be coming back!

Okay so here is my review after taking my time here eating inside.
First thing first, it was freezing inside when I visited.
Okay I ordered the mango avocado roll and steak and chicken hibachi with salad.
-The salad: a basic lettuce only salad with the yummy dressing it comes with
-Mano avocado roll: I could not taste the mango in the roll. I honestly had better roll at giant eagle
-chicken: tasted a little salty for me but cooked perfectly
-steak:cooked very well but wasn’t steak from longhorn
-Noodle and vegetables: delicious!
I loved the sauce that all this was cooked in.
Nice portions of food.
BUT I did get sick after eating here and had to rush home to use the bathroom.
The employees were also nice (5+ stars)

Great start so far. This was my second time back since they opened. I got the same thing both times to judge if it was consistent. I am happy to say that both times I was thoroughly pleased with the quality and taste. The price is right along the average compared with other sushi joints. The sushi was well seasoned, the fish tasted correct, and the size was good. The salad with ginger dressing was average. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had the sushi & crab Rangoon & both were Delicious. I will definitely go back. The decor is very warm even if it’s a bit small. Take out seems quite popular for Ichiban because there were a lot of pick ups while my friends & I dined in for 3 hours. We were chatting, not there that long because of poor service.
