We live in Grand Rapids. Went to the lake to get out of the big city for a few hours. Ordered and paid for on the road about 15 minutes away for lunch. Was ready when we arrived for pick up. Went in. Had a special shelf for online orders. Looked for my subs with my name on it and was gone. Didn’t have to talk to anyone. Can’t get any easier. Highly recommended.

Manager Paulette, if that’s even her name, was awful to deal with. She was rude, purposely sabotaged my order (she told me this herself) and hung up on me when I tried to discuss a refund saying that she just didn’t want to deal with me. She actually told me this. When I went in store and returned the food, asking for a refund, she printed a copy of my receipt and told me the refund was issued when it wasn’t. I waited for the refund but it never came. Very unprofessional and not how any manager should behave to a customer. This is not a lie, even if they try to deny it.

Reviewing on my mother’s behalf. We typically place an online order for curbside pick up, and lately no one ever comes out. I’ve had to go inside multiple times. This particular time though, the order was completely wrong. She was given a philly cheesesteak sub when she ordered a spicy Italian, but the correct name was on the bag. She tried calling the store twice, but no one picked up.

I ordered online for in-store pickup. When I got to the store the doors were locked and I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through line. If the app says in-store pickup you should be open for in-store pickup.

Been sitting here waiting for a pick up order for an hour. When I asked the kid at the register what was happening he rudely told me I needed to talk to someone else. He then said he wouldn’t speak to me because I’m a FEMALE. When I asked what that was suppose to mean he said my husband should know. Excuse me! I will NEVER return to this store again. I have never been treated so poorly.

I was standing in line behind a customer that didn’t receive one of her sandwiches in her order. They go back and forth and figure it out and they end up remaking the sandwich. While standing there she mentions they didn’t receive the rewards for their order and were told they need to remind the employee that they have the rewards. Ok that’s fine. Heres where it goes south the lady begins to walk out and one of the employees says she didn’t pay for that sandwich. I know for a fact I only rang her up for 3 footlongs and a 6 inch not 4 footlongs. Mind you the customer is still in the store. Instead of saying this to her they talk about it loud enough for everyone to hear. She over hears them and says yes I did pay for it. They debate it for a second before someone finally looks at the receipt to see that she actually did pay for it. The customer leaves and they seriously stood behind the counter talking about this customer and her family and how difficult it was to wait on them. I believe there is a new girl working reg and this other employee was pretty nasty when she accidentally rang me up wrong over charging me. She honestly didn’t know to do it any differently. Spend more time training employees and less on bashing customers and you may not have these mistakes. Unpleasant and unkind atmosphere

This is one of the best Subways I have ever been to. The staff is always super friendly even though they’re usually super busy. My daughter is lactose intolerant but she loves the subway pizza (go figure) Nessa always takes a minute to scrape off as much cheese as she can for her and adds some extra sauce. That’s amazing customer service going way above and beyond. Thank you to everyone that works here for a great experience.
