I waited inside very patiently for an online order to be finished. It wasn’t even started in the whole time I was there. After waiting a literal 20 minutes(15 minutes after I was told it would be ready) I was told the order was never even accepted. We received no notification of that. All of that is bad enough but the way I was spoken to, as if it was my fault, really sealed the deal that I won’t be back and would advise others against visiting this location.

I put a online order in. It said it would be ready at 12:15 pm. I walk in at 12:20. Its not even busy at all and my food wasn’t even ready. They didn’t even start making it. When I walked in, there were 2 people just standing around talking. So why wasn’t my food made? There was a huge language barrier so I couldn’t even ask them why my food wasn’t made. It’s now 1235pm when writing this and my food is still being made. This is by far the worst subway ever! I thought the one on ivenrest in grandville was bad.

already not a easy business to get into but I was really craving a sub so decided to stop in on my lunch break. The gentleman serving me was probably the rudest service worker I’ve ever encountered. He definitely looked like he hated his job and if you’re to that point you probably shouldn’t work there anymore because then you’re taking it out on the customers that have nothing to do with whatever you have going on.
Just wanted a very simple 6 inch ham sub with some bacon on it. first he tried giving me bread that was tore in half so i asked for a new piece of bread, just rolled his eyes.. then asked for bacon He told me we don’t have bacon when really I think he just didn’t want to heat the bacon up for me… he seemed mad he even had to make a sub in general
Definitely will never go back after that experience

I don’t think anyone at subway knows what the rewards card is anymore any time my husband swipes it they think its a gift card and he has to swipe it a second time and they’ve never given him the option to use his rewards.
At this location I was disappointed in how much dressing was put on my sub. It was way more than I wanted. I told her it was enough and she put 2 more thick rows. The mustard was so heavy it was all I could taste and I struggled to eat it.

Customer service and knowledge of business and knowledge of their customers orders suck! This is the second time I’ve been here and I was on my lunch break for work today and the girl who took my order acted completely clueless when I told her what I wanted and how I wanted it done. They were out of 2 products that go on the sandwich. It’s 1 pm in the afternoon and your out already?! Waste of my lunch time and my money! This is why I go to Jimmy John’s!! You guys suck as a company and maybe consider training your staff a heck of a lot better! I AM FOR SURE NOT COMING BACK!!

Stole my money. Put in an order online. They called and said they didn’t have the meat I wanted. They told me they couldn’t cancel the order on their end and I would have to do it from the app. There was no option to cancel through the app and before I could call back to explain that, they marked it as picked up and I was charged.

The worst experience at Jenison /Baldwin location.
The person who took our order was on his cell phone the entire time.
Asked for footlong on Italian bread, toasted
He asked again, Italian?
6″ or 12″
I then asked him politely to concentrate on our order rather than his phone call.
He did not toast the bread like I had asked twice
Toppings were also a struggle.
Red onion only in 1/2 – the entire sub was loaded with onion.

For Starters. I do know they have a new franchise owner, We could tell instantly the employees were unhappy. Well I would be unhappy too if the new franchise owner thought only one truck load a week would take them through a weekend? One of the location was out of pickles so we drove to the other location and they gave us a lowdown. They only had a pan of pickles left for the weekend themselves. And I see by the lack of comments that nobody cares about these reviews. So from now on be warned until the new franchise owners can get it together the employees won’t be able to keep it together. I feel so bad because they just want to do their jobs well but they can’t when management is making it difficult with lack of products and poor managing skills. One truck load a week does NOT save you money. Even small ice cream shops gets twice a week deliveries.
