Placed a mobile order pulled up to the window and was told they did not have any chili . Ok fine.. I just asked for them to please refund the money for it . Some Spanish lady starts yelling at me through the window not sure what she said but was very rude (Her English was not that great) I Explained to her I could not cancel it because they confirmed the order and it would not let me do so. After an eye roll then she stomped off with an attitude and got her manger.

Ordered a Dave’s single with only cheese, onion and pickles, and then asked to add bacon. They gave me a chicken sandwich with onion, and pickle, and no bacon or cheese. The receipt said they rang me up for a Single Big Bacon with cheese, onion and pickle. They don’t even have a phone number up so you can call and make complaints either.

I just went and tried the new crabby patty burger. It’s awesome. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area. Plus I’m so glad they opened up a Wendy’s. in Meraux again
