Ordered online for pickup. I ordered a chicken and bacon sub. On my order, I asked for extra lettuce and extra spinach. I also ordered smashed avocado which I PAID EXTRA FOR. NEARLY $2 EXTRA. I did not get the extra on my veggies, there was NO smashed avocado THAT I PAID FOR and the chicken was sparse. See photos! I was so disappointed. I tried to call and no one picked up the phone.

Came in on my work lunch. Workers were friendly even though it was getting kinda late. I got a subway sandwich. Tasted like it should and had a smile while inside so can’t rate it a bad experience

Employees were extremely slow and very obvious they did not want to be at work and the produce was sub par even for a subway you would think for $13 for a sandwich you could get non slimy spinach.

It’s hit or miss. Last two times I pre-ordered once was done on time and correct the next time I had to wait 10 minutes past the time I requested and then they made the sandwich completely wrong.

Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for my sandwich. Asked for it hot. They let it sit on the counter. Big white chick started helping the group that came in after me then got an attitude when I walked away. I will be filing a report with the manager and the owner. Dated 6-30-2022

Paid for a whole meal and was supposed to get 2 cookies instead of the chips. They did not give me my cookies and I still made for the meal. This what happens when you don’t pay attention and easily get distracted by other things. Speaking of which they tried to double charge me for this too.
