This has happened the last couple of times I ordered and I have asked in person for it to be fixed and it obviously isn’t. I order extra protein on my sandwiches to make sure they’re more filling and I’m getting more meat with it. It obviously ups the price when I do this, but lately I’m getting almost no meat on any sandwich, this is ridiculous. If someone plays extra, please take the extra 5 seconds to add the extra scoop of meat…. Please? There’s literally like 3-4 pieces of chicken on here…..

Me and my friend went out for lunch yesterday,and we had to wait a few minutes to order bc the register was down for a minute, well this kid was arguing with the assistant manager on shift in front of us, one that’s disrespectful she told him to stop and it didn’t then finally he did and just make our subs, my sub had barely any meatballs on my sub they could have been more to fill it out, this manager deserved a good apology and so do me and my friend bc it was so rude and disrespectful,.I never the one who dose a review until I have too most the time I just let it go. But this has happened before now just now something needs to happen or I won’t be back when that kid is working his name starts with a R don’t who ever see this I hope something gets done quickly.

The atmosphere was great would definitely recommend this location. The associates are friendly and quickly make the food while not rushing you. The restaurant as a whole is nice the prep area is clean the ingredients were fresh and organized. There is plenty of seating for couples or groups of 4 larger groups will have to sit separately or slide tables together.

On Monday my friend and I after dropping off our partner at work we decided to have a lunch date at subway since it’s half and half for us to meet there. First thing is the computer was down which we were completely understanding about. But the one that makes it my rating go down coming from someone who works in food industry before was the fact the a male with the letter R was fighting with the assistant manger right infront of us. In stead of taking it to the back when the assistant manger reminded him nicely that pepperoni does not go on a meat ball sub. The male employee started fighting with her in front of all the guest in the lobby. I was truly shock to watch this happening to such a nice assistant manager letting him now of the mistake at hand. Once he was done arguing with the assistant manger he then got pissed and barely put anything on my friend subs. I for one do not understand why the employee choose to verbally abuse her right in front of paying customers.

Absolutely wonderful online order/pickup experience today 11/30/24 around 9:50 pm, I have been reading rumors on social media about this location potentially turning into a 24hr location and I think it would be amazing! The employee on shift mentioned leaving a review showing interest may push management to consider this as a 24hr location, you would definitely have my business! I was unable to catch the employees name but our food was also wonderfully prepared compared to some of the other local locations. Absolutely stellar.

The worker that made my food had a really bad attitude and body language I think the name tag said Alanna but bad attitude with me and the other 2 customers in line and ignored me when I requested something to be on the sandwich, all and all just wasn’t a good experience.

This subway may be new last November but the stainless steel surface was disgusting as if it hadn’t been wiped clean the entire shift. 04/16/1025 at 9:15 pm is when I was there.
