Ordered 2 sandwiches. The wrong one was toasted, one ordered with onions but both had onions on them. One was supposed to have spinach but lettuce was on both of them instead. Supposed to be more pickles and black olives on one but hardly any on it. I know she was busy and in a hurry but still should have made sure the sandwiches were made correctly. Probably won’t order from here again.

This subway needs different help!! Everytime the lady working has an attitude. Slamming stuff around, rude. There were flies flying in the food. Walked up to get in line behind another customer. No worker to be seen. The lady in front of us called for help. She was slamming stuff around. We stood in line for quite awhile. Then the worker whispered she would be with me in a minute. They need more help! Especially when there is ppl in line waiting to order and you have to wait for her to make online orders first. That she printed after we had already been standing there.

Today when ordering subs the girl waiting on me was extremely rude and even snapped at me for no reason. Halfway through the process I almost canceled my order because of her behavior. I’ve never felt like this at any establishment. I’ve been in customer service for 20+ years and either you need to retrain her or plan on losing money from customers who will not come back.

Your sign says you close at 10pm I came at 9:30 a the girl said it was closed a said it very rude!! If you close earlier then you should change your signs I’ve never had a problem with getting food after 9. It’s not like my family was going to sit in the lobby an eat. Not the first time I had a issue within the week always waiting the worker never to be found

Went there only to have the employee put two pieces of meat on the sandwich I said something and was totally ignored by the woman. Making it will not goback there again wads a total waist of my money and time

Very unhappy with my visit tonight. Staff should not have been left alone because they were not trained fully. My toasted sub was cold (toaster was failing) which was fine when i asked to have them remake it but warm my steak in the microwave they were concussed. One of the staff was on the phone with the manager just walked away from me mid sentence then came back to tell me she was on the phone with her manager instead of excusing herself by telling me she was on the phone with management. I then just asked for a refund which again confused them. Thankfully the girl was still on the phone with her manager and could be walke through how to do the refund. I will not shop at this one again. I have had bad service the last three times I have been there and this one was the tipping point.

I went in at 6:45pm in Thursday May 9, 2019 ordered a foot-long oven roasted chicken breast, She informed me that she only had enough chicken breast to make one 6” sandwich, I asked her if she could use different chicken altogether, she then told me she would have to charge me for (2) 6 inch sandwiches. This is ridiculous as you sell the other chicken on foot-long subs all the time the person in front of me even ordered it

Quality of sandwiches is now ! I ordered 3 sandwiches for take out. The bread was obviously OLD. It was pale and crumbly. All 3 sandwiches were like that. I noticed they cut down on the ratio of meat per sandwich too. I used to frequent this subway quite abit, but after the old bread scenario, I’m pretty much done with this subway.
