Constantly mess up my order, in person or online. Have gotten 3 pits in my olives on 3 separate occasions that almost broke my teeth. Order extra lettuce every time and get skimped out every time with barely any. Wouldn’t recommend but for the area its all we have. Preposterous.

The man with the long black hair, piercings, and very skinny, was very RUDE! I went in there yesterday and he pretty much told me that I need to leave and the wait will be long, I simply asked him how long did he think it would be, he then yelled at me and said he’s got 4 Mobil orders that need to be done and that I should just take a wild guess, and to leave! I’m not saying he’s in the wrong but he was very rude and unprofessional.

Loving the upgrade. New oils spices cheese bread and look. If you’re a picky eater like me you just like what you like and there’s really no in-between. Well it appears the subway in Sebewaing Mi has gotten the customer satisfaction memo. Full of variety and smack on suggestions from the professional sandwich makers if you’ve got a case of the 3 h’s healthy hungry hurry …… Yeah it’s worth it!

Young man was all by himself for non hour. He worked his tail off trying to keep up with walk ins and online orders. Making sandwiches and running the register is practically impossible, but he was getting it done. Would of been faster if management we’re to staff the store better during peak times. Young man deserved double pay for trying to keep up!!

I stood in line, ordered my food, as I went to pay, their card system went down. The girls working the counter, called the “super helpful” manager in. I waited close to 10 minutes for him to arrive. He had me stand there for another 10 minutes, try my card multiple times, and then rebooted the system. When it still wouldn’t work, he said, without bothering to make eye contact with me, “Yup sorry. Systems down. Cash only. Which sub was yours? Yeah, we’ll set that aside.” And moved onto the next customer. What the heck? Okay. An hour of my afternoon gone and nothing.

Food quality was what you’d expect from a Subway. The only issue that I had was that one of the ladies behind the counter was practically shouting – to the point that my ears were actually hurting. She wasn’t angry or disrespectful; she was just VERY loud. I’m not sure if she has a hearing issue or is just unaware that she’s actually that loud.

Very disappointed to find out they no longer carry roast beef for my favorite sub club sandwich. I tried ordering online to take advantage of the buy two get one free but it wouldn’t even let our order go through. Guess it’s a way to save money for them. Out of all bread but 2 which is also disappointing. Oh well I guess it’s the luck of the draw. I called in our order regardless.
