I ordered through the app, went to pick up my sub, and ended up sitting there for 10 minutes because she had my food hiding behind the counter. I finally went to ask, and nobody was behind the counter, and I had to yell to get someone’s attention. She then threw my sub on the counter without saying a word.

The staff was friendly and seemed happy to help. He made all 3 sandwiches per our request with a good amount of toppings. We did wait an extra amount of time for him to make our 3rd sandwich as he was a little too chatty. Their prices were better than I expected. Overall it was a good experience.

Most of the employees were sweet as a button. Only reason I’m not giving this 5 starts is because an employee named Kathy was making my sandwich and rolled her eyes when I asked for mozzarella cheese just because she had to go to the back to get it. She was rude and got part of our order wrong as well. Won’t be coming back.
