I believe the young gentlemen’s name was Will. He made all 20 of our subs. It was a huge order and the guy knocked them all out no problem. He was the only one working I believe so for someone like that to be able to do that for us was huge!! I would go back just because of him

There are usually great subs. Today there was not. They did a slop job. Forgot to add something I paid extra for. Made a flat bread hard without toasting it requested. And to top it off they made a personal pizza taste weird as well as slopped that just as bad as the two subs. Not a good impression of this crew.

Issues with having my mobile orders. They never update when order ready so when i went to get my food before the time was even “ready” it was cold like it sat for 5 mins. The quality of this place seems like it gets worse every year. Can’t finish the sub because its taste like it sat out forever and got cold. Lost my appetite ain’t happy about it one bit. Sorry but the amount i pay for food shouldnt be cold and nasty. Aint recommending Montrose subway rather go to Clio.

Okay so I kinda love this palace. First of all they let me drink some vinegar out of the bottle like a baby bottle. And then I smashed my face against the glass while they make the food because it’s cool. I got bread with cheese mustsrd and vingar. Also they got it nice and tosty which I love . Not please with the service. Not going to argue with employee about a second sub on my order when only asked about what I can start with. Set my money on counter and she literally did not sell me my sub. So I left.. not again! I’m not the ride one young lady. Thanks McDonald’s for your service
