Waited 20+ minutes to order. Only one person is working on a Friday between 4-5. The worker tried calling the manager back but she wouldn’t answer her phone. They had seven ppl inside, ppl in the drive-thru thru and online orders. I thought the young man was going to cry, he was very stressed and apologetic.

Every time I come here unless a certain employee is there, the service is extremely slow. I kinda make it a point to only pull in there when they have no customers. Otherwise, you’ll wait in line for ten minutes behind one person. But even in doing that, I still get told “we’ll be with you shortly”. Not one customer in front of me. No one in the lobby and two people working. Yet I’ve got to wait five minutes? I just drove off. Wouldn’t be saying anything if it wasn’t pretty much every time I go there. The staff works really slow here, I don’t recommend if you’re looking for “fast food” Never had a problem previous years.

I made a $50 online order. After waiting until the order was ready I went to pick it up through the drive through. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through with other cars that were parked ahead of me because they were waiting so long for their orders. After pulling forward I waited another 10 minutes at the window. I decided to pull around and go in and just get my money back thinking I would just go to Wendy’s instead. Especially because at this point, my order had been done for nearly 40 minutes. This is when I realized that there were only two workers working their butts off with several people in line and in the drive through. They had just completed my order because they were very obviously short staffed during a dinner rush. This is unacceptable. The owner- Chris Rowe seems to be notorious for underpaying his workers and keeping them short staffed. This isn’t a good look or business model. I decided to keep my order, feeling bad for these workers working their tails off to get ahead of their orders. The owner should be very proud of these workers. Chris Rowe, do better.

Took a bunch of people with disabilities here for work. Was worried I would see the employees seem annoyed or irritated. The two who were working were amazing, very respectful so kind and patient. They were making jokes and having a good time with our people and it was greatly appreciated.

They were very accommodating too, my coworkers and I forgot to grab a water bottle to pass a medication, but they let us know that they offered cups of water for free. Two of the best employees, have had friends in food service who didn’t treat me so well.

The worse subs I have ever gotten. The bread is stale falling apart and crumbly I ordered two steak sandwiches and the meat was cold. They did not warm it up because the toaster was down. The bacon on the other sub was also not heated up. Both could have and used to be warmed in the microwave before the toasted subs were even a thing. And it was the assistant manager who made the subs like this.

I stopped to get sandwiches for dinner, because it was late, and I needed something quick for dinner. I was told there was only white bread by the person who waited on me. I don’t eat white bread. She said they were too busy to make bread. How do you have a sandwich shop without bread? Management???? I bought 1 sandwich, and made dinner for myself. My advice is that if you want a sandwich for dinner, go somewhere that has bread.

I I walked up to the door with a handwritten sign saying, “Drive Thru Only”. Yet when I looked inside there was a lady inside. I walked in and was immediately greeted with we are closed on the inside it is drive thru only. I said I saw that but then seen someone inside and just watched someone leave. She quietly said we have too many orders to do. She asked if I had an online order, I explained no that I wanted to place an order for a couple of platters tomorrow. She said if I wanted to wait I could but it would be awhile. Then not another word was spoken. I ended up leaving! But why is it that people who place online orders get served before the people that are there in person!
