I went in here a few days ago and I was charged ~$23 dollars for 2, 6 inch subs and 1 cookie and a large drink. After talking to the employee and asking if I could redo the transaction (because usually if 2 subs are bought the cost is bundled into the price of a foot long) she told me she wouldn’t do it, and then proceeded to cuss me out under her breath as I walked away after trying to reason with her. Never, have I received such service at this subway before and the workers are usually very nice and will advocate for their customers. I did send the receipt and filled out a review to corporate and I’m awaiting on a response from them. But for the time being, My family and I will not be returning.

Just want to say that we’ve been getting sandwiches from this location for a little bit now, but each time we get sandwiches, they always seem to forget at least one item on our sandwiches. Most times when I get a sandwiches, they always forget the avocado. The most recent time we got sandwiches, they got the avocado this time, but they forgot the lettuce. I had spinach, tomato, green pepper, honey mustard and chipotle sauce on the cold cut. I think this was the last time we get sandwiches from them. The constant missing items on sandwiches is getting really annoying.

They offer a health-conscious menu but not health-conscious employees as they do not wear masks under current executive order. Very surprising, as this is the first business I’ve been in where some (most) employees are not wearing masks. Corporate should address this as I’m sure It would be a concern of theirs.
