Placed my order and it was already being completed when I arrived. I was impressed to notice the manager was making it instead of waiting for staff to do it next. In fact, it looked like her she had been mid lunch and working on scheduling and still stopped to help with orders. Great upbeat greetings, smelled like fresh warm bread, and facility was clean. Great experience!

It is normally clean, and there isn’t much to say about the food.

I’ve stopped going here though, due to very poor customer service. Although I do believe it was just the one employee. But had made a rude remark about my younger sibling (11). Not wanting to listen to her and had told me to do it instead.

Very rude and doesn’t understand trying to teach kids to speak for themselves. This was a few months ago so might go again just to see.

I just made an order for delivery. The website was being funny and wasn’t loading. I put in my payment method and it kept loading and loading then it sent me back to the payment screen. I tried to run it through again and it said the gift card I used has a zero balance and it charged my card the additional balance that the gift card didn’t cover. I have received no information if the order actually went through or not. I tried calling the location 8 times and they won’t pick up. I guess we will have to wait and see if my order worked or not or if yall just took my money without putting the order through. Either way now you have a pregnant pissed off customer.

We order a Tuna sub and we seriously had to look hard to find the tuna. It was more of a vegetable sub. Is tines really that hard people to where you can’t put Tuna on a Tuna sub. My co-workera and I spend a lot of money at this location and I will stress to everyone to start going elsewhere! Where’s the Tuna??

I’d give them no stars if I could. Tried using the app. They charged me twice but still didn’t have the order to the store. Took my money both times but refused to give me the food. What’s the sense of having an app if it doesn’t work.

The sticker on my sandwich was halfway pulled off and this what it looks like.. I still decided to eat it since I was on my lunch at work and out of time, I bit into hair in my sub. Then I ordered a fountain sprite and got a bottle of sprite, when I grabbed it out the bag it was super flexible like it had already been opened. When I turned to open it the seal had already been broke and it didn’t fiz at all meaning it had already been opened. This is really disgusting. I placed my order too early so it sat at subway for about an hour, I’m wondering did someone start picking at my order because they thought I wasn’t coming.

This is the only location in quite a large radius that actually answers their drive through window and doesn’t just ignore their customers.Usually you have about a ten to twenty minute, wait for anybody to even acknowledge that you are sitting in the drive through at any other restaurant, but here it’s instantly, the second, you pull up. Friendly staff, the food is good.This is how a subway should be

I recently moved to the area and decided to get sandwiches for my 12 hour shift. I ordered several hours ahead of time online. But I get there and there’s another person waiting for their food ordered ahead of time. I ask about mine because it’s time for my food to be ready. I get a yours is still being made. No it hadn’t even been started. 20 minutes later it’s ready. It was completely dead inside the restaurant as well. I can get over that but the sandwich was probably the worst I’ve ever had! Dry stale bread and barely any toppings or meat. It was a terrible experience. Disappointing since this is on my way to work and closest to my house but I’m driving out of my way from now on to another location. Another person got me a sandwich from there as well and it was disgusting! Never again!! Now I know why it was completely dead!

I’ve had very meh experiences at this location, the sandwich is always good but I usually end up with things missing from my order (chips or cookie mainly). I do enjoy the convenience of the drive thru, though.
