Ordered DoorDash on 4.11.2025. Ordered 10 piece, lemon pepper combo and 10 piece hot combo. The chicken was either cooked in burnt grease or the chicken was cooked too long. It taste burnt and it smelt burnt. I reached out to the manager, Mr. Kim, who stated that they could not remake the order and if they remade it, we would have to pay for it in a second time. We will not be visiting this Business again. Terrible food and terrible customer service

I should have read the reviews first. Absolutely awful. I door dashed an order. Reuben and fries. The bread you could tell immediately it was old you couldn’t even tear it. The crust of the bread has not edible at all. The dressing and sauerkraut was piled on so the little bit of bread that was edible was soggy. The fries were cold. First and last time I ever purchase here. Not ever again. If I could give zero stars for the food. Management hire people who will actually care about the job they do.

I have always loved American deli but over the past year their wings have gotten smaller and smaller. I measured one to my pinky. But the have increased in price to almost $1.25 per wing ( I’m an actual rocket scientist so I was able to figure this out) now I actually go somewhere else or make my own wings. Atmosphere is ok. Not bad not excellent but I don’t expect much. It’s just wings. Service is ok to. I don’t require the red carpet with anything

Listen, I don’t have to have big steroid chicken but I ordered a 10piece. 2 of those wings were decent size. The others were so small I was still hungry after I ate them. I’m normally good with a 10piece. & why were they cooked so hard!But for $14 and those wings were extra small nahh I’m not going back!

The owners are always friendly! Once the staff starts to recognize you, they know ur order and always speak for call- in orders and in person. This is one of our favorite restaurants and the only American Deli i frequent. I take ppl to this Deli all the time.

Ordered BBQ (5 wings) take out. Was told it would take 15-20 minutes because the food is prepared fresh. My order was ready in 5-8 minutes and were slathered in sauce. The 3 wings I tried when I got home were tiny with one of the straight wing bones the size of a toothpick. I tried to call to complain but no one answered the phone.
The next day after a long day I tried to eat the rest of the wings which were tough and hard and the bones were as black as they were the day before. By no means did that mean they were prepared fresh. Tried to call again…no answer. For $10 (X5) wings was definitely a ripoff. Won’t be using this place again. I should have know it was unsanitary inside because the windows were dirty. The health score was probably very low and the health department needs to be called on them.

I have eaten hear in the past and the wings were always good. My daughter and I decided to get wings today and for some odd reason, an hour after eating we both became nauseous. This will be my last time visiting this location. I think I am going to start making my own wings and fries.
