I ordered two footlongs with a coupon for $12.99. The cashier said the owner does not allow using the coupon for premium subs. There is no where on there it says that on the coupon. I believe someone from corporate need to handle this situation. False advertising

My sandwich was good and properly made. I think it’s ridiculous though that they don’t take the national Subway coupons that come in the mail or at least have a posted sign they don’t take coupons. I had a buy one, get one free, coupon, but they wouldn’t accept it and I didn’t want the sub to go to waste so I ended up paying for both sandwiches at regular price.

I go to this local because they sell the subway pizzas. My last two experiences have been horrible! One experience it was a hair on my pizza. When I returned to get a fresh pizza the girl had attitude about it! My last experience I order my pizza though the online order, and what was given to me I can’t call it a pizza. All my toppings was not on the pizza as I requested and it barely had any cheese. I could see the sauce that was on the dough it had so little toppings. The guy that made it said, “our pizzas always look like that. They don’t look good. I been working here for a year so I know!” The service was not great!! I will find another location!! I will not be returning.

I do not understand how there are any negative reviews for this particular Subway. My work buddy, Nick, and I order online here relatively often. Our orders are always ready on time, we’re always greeted with kindness and good vibes, our orders have never been wrong, and we’re usually in and out the door in literally 20 seconds. This is actually the best Subway I’ve ever been to in my life. Obviously great management.
