I have always had good relationships with Subway until yesterday at this new location I’ve never tried. Had to order a curbside pickup in this location. Even after 15 mins of checking in, the employee was dealing with that one customer who came into the store after me. Had to deal with a Karen regarding curbside parking spot. So had to go in to pick up just to see rudeness and non-apologetic behavior from the employee. NEVER coming back to this place!!!!

Placed an order through the app and stopped in to pick up our order. We had never visited this location (my son recently bought a house in the area). Our subs were fantastic and we were helped by Erica, who was super sweet and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience talking with her! There are other Subways in the area, but this one will be the go to since we got such great service. Thanks Erica!

Ordered via the app. Picked up and brought home my 2 subs without thinking that I’d need to open them up and inspect them beforehand. EVERYTHING WAS WRONG- toppings, sauces, everything. So upon schlepping back to the store and demanding a refund I was told that they could not give me a refund since I used the app, that they could only void the sale, that I would need to use the app to request a refund which I did and eventually did get my refund. It wasn’t just the incompetence to follow simple sandwich making instructions but the staff- especially the store manager were very rude to the point of being belligerent.

Half scoop tuna for 6′ tuna sub and refuses to put in correct amount. Rips or cuts veggies in tiny pieces to spread over sub so (in their stating) saves on veggies, rolls eyes when asking for more veggies, on 12′ sub does same thing and gives one tiny cup of sauce (quarter full) for 12′ and refuses any more sauce claiming that’s all you get for a footlong sub. Very cheap, stingy with everything with rising prices of subs. Use to come here 2-3 times a week/every week but, they lost a customer. Jimmy Johns and Tubbys is cheaper and doesn’t cheap out on literally everything

The drip catcher at the drink machine was literally running over onto the carpet. The carpet was soaked and mushy because they’re letting it run over. That’s such a turn off and unsanitary. meanwhile it’s a slow store so it’s not like she’s too busy to tend to it. Nonchalant worker

Ordered online. Imagine my surprise when I receive a mustard sandwich. This is after I waited several minutes for her to come out from the back area. She never said a word to me either. Food is expensive & it’s a treat to go out. I couldn’t finish my sandwich.

Order a sandwich online from app they don’t have it they want to cancel my order and reorder for another one who knows whether they have that one. Just because they don’t want to replace it. No wonder most of these traditional food chains like this going out of business.
