I will never make the mistake of coming here again for one the customer service is wack, they charge you extra for veggies. I know no other subway that does this then had the audacity to get smart with me and ask me is there a problem when she tried to explain to me why there was barley any veggies on my sub including the extra jalapeños and banana peppers I asked for because they didn’t get it right the first time. I ordered it at about 3:30 Friday afternoon July 28th. The black girl at the counter had a very sarcastic smart attitude and didn’t want to refund me my order at first although she knew the person who ordered it for me. If you go right down the street and go to the one on Hayes you’ll get a better deal and they won’t tax you for veggies. PLEASE STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FOOD thanks !

Soooo they have signs up saying they charge more for extra veggies and sauce?! Who determines what is “extra”? Is there a set weight or quantity of veggies that are default and over that is “extra”? They gonna get skimpy and charge everyone extra?? All I know is my sub looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu, which was chock full of veggies. The sandwich comes with Tomatoes, but I do not get those, will that be DEDUCTED off my bill??? Silly greedy policy, won’t be back to this particular location.

The African American employee who is shorter than 5 foot tall was quite rude. Claimed all of a sudden that the store only accepts online orders after 9pm but I’ve been coming here a while and that’s false. I believe it’s a lie so they can clean up before store close and leave faster. Unprofessional. Corporate will be contacted to look into this

I haven’t had subway in a while because the many locations I have tried haven’t been fresh.. this location is amazingly fresh.. everything was amazing. The tuna, chicken breast and the bread is awesome… staff is friendly … plus they have these cool tasting drinks like Panera bread
