I’m disabled sent my daughter up there to get two sandwiches for me and two for her. We were using our coupons, they informed my daughter that only one could be used per customer. She got two of them then left the establishment then came back in just to be told she couldn’t use the second. Coupon. After the last visit where they barely put meat on my sandwich and this visit I wouldn’t recommend visiting this store at all.

Sad to see Subway turning away customers because employees won’t stay until closing time…another hour. Seriously poor business practice…and I think one of those guys was dangerous. And it just gets worse. Tonight, we ordered and the register froze up when we started to pay. The very nice kids working there did their best, but we’re pretty much hung out to dry since they didn’t have the override code or easy access to management. In the meantime, several customers were list and we had to wait over a half hour just to be able to pay for our sandwiches. This resulted in my wife’s hot sandwich being cold. The kids did the best they could, but the situation was unacceptable. Having been in management for over 30 years, I know that’s where the issue lies.

This place has went COMPLETELY down hill . It’s honestly awful I have always ordered from subway and had no issues but the last 4 times I have ordered there’s one issue after another. From not getting any meat on our sandwiches to not having my sandwich even started when it should have definitely already been done. Yesterday I ordered from the subway app and got a call saying their bread machine was broke so I asked for a refund and of course no manager or anybody in charge to help. So I left my name and number and still no one has contacted me. When I try calling there’s no answer. One of the worst places in salem now. They won’t stop hearing from me until I get my refund.

Not my personal experience but one I was able to see happening. A couple came in and ordered their food, the gentleman ordered his food, no problem the lady was a bit particular in her order and the man behind the counter always asked after she said what she wanted just to make sure that her order was exactly how she wanted it. And it was! She complimented him on everything he did when it came to making her sandwich. She kept saying that he was a true sandwich connoisseur then asked how long he worked at subway and did not believe him when he said it was only two weeks.! That man rocked making those sandwiches!!

Placed an online order and had 4 sandwiches and got home with them and 3 of them was completely wrong. Took them back with the receipt that clearly showed what the order was supposed to be and the girl working argued that the order was right because she made them. She wouldn’t open them up to see they were wrong and complained the entire time she was remaking my order. I have had several people that were rude working there in the past but this girl tops them all!
