They are short staffed. The Manager is rude. She literally threw meat off my wrap when I told her I ordered a wrap. She threw the meat off as she said ” This is too much meat for a wrap”. I ordered a wrap from the start. Last week She kept trying to charge me $50 for double meat. It was the registers error but she couldn’t fix it. I finally just gave her cash and walked out. Probably won’t be back for a while.

So if you have an issue, they try very hard not to fix it. I found hair baked into the bread of my sandwich. I asked for a refund. They said they could have the management refund my money that night. 2 days later I’m still being told that the manager is going to refund it tonight. I have asked to be contacted by the manager and still have yet to be contacted. This is unacceptable. Update… now it’s been almost a week that I was told I would get a refund. Manager still has yet to do it. Will not return my phone calls. I just keep getting told he is busy.

Ordered 2 six inch sub meals….Rotisserie chicken on flat bread and a so called “home-style chicken wrap” which ended up being $11.99 and was just chicken salad in a wrap! The visit was ridiculously overpriced at $28.21 and the chicken was not even good quality. The service mediocre to be kind. I hadn’t been there in years and now I remember why.

The worst subway I’ve ever been too. The people working there just don’t care, you can’t even make a complaint they just hang up on you. I didn’t even get to tell the manager Barb, what the problem was before she hung up on me. About 3 different business in salem indiana have the exact same customer service and it is atrocious. If you ever visit here or live here just skip subway, cvs, and walmart all together.

Steve $40 on 3 subs, the toppings or so skimpy even though I repeatedly asked for more. The sauce was a teaspoon and had to ask for more. could have went to the grocery store and got the same ingredients for less and the subs would have been better.

Sad to see Subway turning away customers because employees won’t stay until closing time…another hour. Seriously poor business practice…and I think one of those guys was dangerous. And it just gets worse. Tonight, we ordered and the register froze up when we started to pay. The very nice kids working there did their best, but we’re pretty much hung out to dry since they didn’t have the override code or easy access to management. In the meantime, several customers were list and we had to wait over a half hour just to be able to pay for our sandwiches. This resulted in my wife’s hot sandwich being cold. The kids did the best they could, but the situation was unacceptable. Having been in management for over 30 years, I know that’s where the issue lies.
Fast forward to 5/22/24. The kid that rang us up overcharged by about $2. He ignored toasting my wife’s sandwich. When I asked that he not put tomatoes that were all core on her sandwich, he poked the centers out of the tomatoes and put the edges on her sandwich. They were short staffed and overworked, but wow…
