I went to the drive-thru I was really limited on money so I went on to their website to make sure I could afford what I wanted, go to the drive-through everything seemed okay until I drove up to pay, she was charging me for a footlong instead of a 6in, she may have been new, but she corrected the price and problem quickly solved. After a long day of my daughter having a dance competition all she wanted was a BLT. We arrived at this location at 9:10pm because the posted closing time was 9:30p. I was very disappointed that the store closed early and the worker stated they closed at 9p although online and the door states 9:30p.

DO NOT order online at this location. I was called and told they were out of bread and I needed to go through the app to get a refund. I was unable to get a refund and went into the store. They had plenty of bread and I think they were going to give our sandwiches to friends that were hanging out inside. They lied multiple times to me, so please don’t order online here.

Poor customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Shortly after I walked in another employee enterer the restaurant and was greeted with the most cheerful customer service voice ever. Another customer entered after that and wasn’t greeted either. When adding toppings to my order, I asked for extra onion and was told they only had one pan and the person didn’t add extra onion like I asked for.
