Pulled up to drive through and only one person in store. Noone wearing headset. Saw one person wearing a hairdo rag when I finally pulled to window and they looked at me and then waved their hand to go away and went to front of store. I walked in the restaurant in front and literally just the one person doing everything. I informed the person I was doing review….the person said go ahead I don’t care. Horrible service. I ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes even though there were no other customers. When I got my order, both sandwiches were completely wrong. I ordered two foot longs, one on flatbread and one on Italian bread. Instead I got both on Italian bread and they were missing half the toppings I ordered. The employee did not seem to bother to read my order. I then called the store and after asking to talk to the manager, I was hung up on. Worst experience ever. I should get a refund.

This location never fills the entire order when a customer orders pickup or delivery. They make the subs only and then put the bag on the pickup shelf and the customer or delivery driver has to inspect the order upon arrival and then retrieve the chips and drinks themselves and ask the staff to get the cookies. And even if the customer orders a fountain drink the staff tells you to get a bottle drink from the fridge yourself.

Lorie was very nice and professional . She did a fantastic job on my sandwich. I had the black forest sub with the works . Lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, olives, green pepper, onions and cucumbers and American cheese on wheat toasted bread ….plus this time around I included pickles….oh my it was delicious! Also did mayo and mustard. Something different….I went to the one on Jefferson called the Hollows. Awesome people.

I went through the drive through, I ordered a veggie. I basically only got bread. This used to be the best subway, they would actually make the sandwiches good. Now they are skimping. I emailed Subway’s customer service. They offered for me to go back to the Subway for a free sandwich. I’m sorry but no, why would I want a sandwich to look just like this again. No thank you. I will not go back there. I asked them for a virtual card instead, this was 7 days ago. Still haven’t received anything back. Very disappointed.

Went in to pick up my online order. It was very busy and the young lady and young dude behind the counter handled themselves very professionally and did a great job . There was an impatient customer in there being rude to them and they still were classy and did awesome helping the customers. The two associates who were working today ( Sunday 10/23 ) deserve praise
