I was there at 8:07 p.m. and tried to flag the subway employees down multiple times to no avail, the girl and the guy with Subway Uniforms on were too busy talking to each other and kept ignoring me on purpose and would not make a sandwich for me, I will not be back to this Subway on my next trip through driving semis and will avoid this Marathon altogether since I can’t even have a Subway sandwich made, it was 8:07 p.m. February 2nd when it happened

Poor service sandwiches we ordered online were not correct when I called to complain their assistant manager Told me there was no cheese on my sandwich because the Parmesan melted so I just couldn’t see it. The BLT sandwich my daughter ordered the bacon was not cooked. The assistant manager answered the phone very rude and snotty right from the get-go they take no ownership of their mistakes everybody makes mistakes but the key to life is owning your mistakes I will not go back to this establishment

I been going to subway for 10+ years and even worked there for 3, and I came here while driving from Michigan to missouri and was crafted the best sun I have ever consumed from subway, steak and cheese with double pepper jack, literally ate it in 2 mins and It was so good I actually came and left a review, shoutout the worker who extra toasted the sub when I asked

Ordered chicken breast and a Italian BLT. Tomatoes rotten the mayo was way beyond its date. And the chicken was cold mushy and gross. Called put on hold 45 mins to be told no receipt we cant help. YOU DONT GIVE ANYONE RECIEPTS. Plus how dare the little girl act that way to paying people. Small town and this is how they treat folks? All we wanted was ok ur food remade freshly. Literally the most awful Subway I have ever visited. No spinach, lettuce, turkey, tomatoes, or onions stocked. Service was frustratingly SLOW, though there were 4 employees working. One employee was wearing a fleece covered in dog hair, which ended up in my food. Thank goodness I was just passing through.

They absolute worset customer service I’ve ever dealt with in a food establishment. Lady told me closed but it’s 24/7 avoid place very rude. Will be contacting manager first thing in the morning. Stopped in for food with my pregnant wife woman told us subway was closed due to no employee that supposedly the gir was a no call no show for two weeks straight so she couldn’t make us anything cus she was to busy but there wasn’t a single person in store period.
