Gave this place a try again after having very poor service. Waited 20 minutes, with no line, to be told they didn’t have the item I was ordering until truck tomorrow. Looking at the table the meat was sliced so thin you could read the paper through it. The pepperoni was sliced so thin it was shredded like cheese. Don’t know why anyone would pay $12 for a sub with basically no meat on it. Not worth the time or money.

Online pick up was 6pm on 1/31/2026. I right on time. I always expect to wait a few minutes because that’s normal for this location. My subs sat for 10 minutes without being touched. The 3 people working had no idea what was going on and stood around doing nothing while one guy panicked. After 25 minutes they told me they were out of ingredients. I had another place to be that i could not be late for. So I ended up having to leave my order.

This location needs to train better.

Food could easily be 3 maybe even 4 stars however the excessive amount of flies that have free range at every sandwich and ingredients that aren’t covered is concerning. The employees were polite but understaffed as they were struggling to keep up with the walk through orders, online and drive thru.

Past few times I’ve been there they have been overwhelmed with mobile orders. I have to stand and wait 20 minutes no exaggeration! No apologies! Get more employees or better trained to take on being bombarded with mobile orders or a better system! Will drive out of town to not deal with this from now on.

ordered 2 footlongs online (paid for) it said it would be done at 7 and THAT IT WAS DONE AT LIKE 7:10 . I waited in the drive thru for an hour and 45 mins for my food. I had them come to the window 3 different times to ask what the name was for the order and that the order was being made 45 minutes later I finally got my order. I understand being BUSY BUT YOU ALLOWED 3 PEOPLE TO JUST SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I placed an online order at at 6:32 and it said it’d would be done at 6:50. I arrived at the store a few minutes after 6:50. I was blatantly ignored but they immediately helped a man that walked in a few minutes after me. I said excuse me I had an online order am I in the right spot to pick it up. They proceeded to tell me yes but it was not ready. They had a very long line. I stood in the store waiting for 45 minutes they not only cleared out the entire line that was there when I walked in, they also helped an additional few people that had walked in after I had been waiting for over half an hour. I eventually walked out of the store at 7:42 without my sandwich. 52 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready it still was not.

Tried to place an order in the drive thru, the girl couldn’t understand what is wanted after the 4th time of telling her what I wanted I left because the girl was yelling in the speaker. I feel that there is a training issue with using the headset.
