Absolutely the most expensive subway on the planet. Great clean nice subway. But as a truck driver I go all around the country to all kinds of subways. I got two 6” subs. 2 medium fountain drinks. Two cookies and a bag of chips (two meal deal) and it was 25$!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely insane!

We’ve been there twice in the last week, once inside once drive thru. When we were inside we were told we couldn’t eat inside because the dirty dining room closes at 8:00 even though your hours say 9:00. Of course, we were told that after we ordered 3 small drinks which cost over $7 (I know these cost you pennies each). Then you absolutely screwed up our drive-thru order today. One of your sandwiches cost me close to an hours wages. Honestly I can get a sub at Walmart and a bottle of pop for less than half what you charge. Pretty much done with you.

To start off, the food was good. My daughter and I each had a sub and a cookie. Always good. Unfortunately the service was the worst. We walked in to nobody else in there, so I figured it would be quick. I was wrong. Someone was ordering drive-thru, so everything came to a halt. Apparently it’s impossible to serve both at the same time. After about 7 minutes we were able to order. Should’ve left at that point. It appears like nobody there has any care or desire to act like they care. If the building was on fire, zero chance any of them would make it out since there is no sense of urgency. We were going to eat there, but after seeing everyone’s attitude, I was concerned there was something blowing around in ventilation system there. Didn’t want to risk that too. Was the food good, sure. Always is. Is the hassle and frustrations worth the $27. Never.

Supposedly didn’t have the chicken they needed make me a chicken bacon ranch. Had regular chopped chicken so I asked if they couldn’t just use that they said yeah but we might have to ring up different. Got to checkout and they charged me 4 dollars extra because they didn’t have the correct chicken to make my Sandwich.

Placed an online order said pick up was at 6:20pm got there to a huge line inside and overheard them say the customer in drive thru has been there since 6 pm! Didn’t end up getting my order until 7:10 pm. I understand being busy but it was like there was no direction in there. No one took charge to try to get all these orders out. They just kept nonchalantly making sandwiches and apologizing for the wait but no one had any pep to their step. Definitely so disappointed that I will not be returning anytime soon. not to mention there is a man that works there who is very sarcastic and even comes off as rude and has terrible hygiene.

I have given this spot multiple chances but I continue to receive incorrectly made sandwiches when placing online pickup orders. Do not order from this location using the online service if you want you sandwich made correctly.
