I have been to this location twice so far. The first time I went in to pick up several subs that I had ordered on the app and I was very pleased overall with the food and the friendly employees. The second time was a late afternoon when I was by myself and so I just went through the drive-thru window. The employee working the window wasn’t outright rude, but she also wasn’t polite. She basically just grabbed my payment and then shoved the sandwich out the window without saying a single word to me. I actually was in the middle of saying, “Thank you, have a nice day,” when she shut the window. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she was just spacing out. She didn’t seem mad, just more like she gave zero cares about the job. All of that aside, I was disappointed when I bit into my sandwich and realized that the amount of steak I was given was about half of what is normal at other Subway locations. For that reason alone, I probably would avoid this particular store unless I was planning to get one of the cheaper subs on the menu.

I Love Subway!! It always smells Soooooo Good when you walk in and the subs are the Best, you know you are getting a healthy sub with all the vegetables they offer. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they get it done quickly and you are out of there!!!

Normally have pretty decent service but this week was in 2 times and both times I had to wait 15 min for my sandwiches to be made after I already ordered them online. The staff is always friendly they just need to get their online system running smoothly or I won’t be coming back.

In one month ive had 4 orders messed up. One time i had to come back twice in one night when it was below zero out. I e tried going thru the drive thru and using the online app. The night crew just cant get it right. Ive decided to never return. They ob iously dont care about their customers. I love subway and it sucks that ill have to drive to nappanee or elkhrt to get a sandwich however im not going to pu to hve to continue to return my sndwhich, go to work only to find out in the middle of the night its wrong, or just simply not get what i paid for the first time i come in.

I’ve gone to this Subway for a very long time and won’t after today. This is the second time they’ve completely screwed up my very simple veggie salad in the drive through. It’s not hard, but somehow they neglected to put in the proper ingredients, “forgot” the side, and left me with no silverware (I was on the road and didn’t have silverware). Are you kidding me??? The service used to be much better but has definitely declined.
