The young man that was working here on 08/19/2025 was amazing to my mom gave her amazing service but the other worker I’m assuming a manager she was absolutely horrible to him yelling at him and being very rude to him for asking a question and I don’t think that should ever be done in front of customers especially I’ve worked in customer service and never have I seen someone talk or yell at another co worker like that especially for asking a question. He was absolutely amazing even though he was yelled at he definitely deserves a praise for being amazing !!!! I didn’t catch either of their names but I hope he gets recognized by the company he gave above and beyond service !

Tried to use their drive thru. The touch screen didn’t work. Ended up going inside. The worker said the touch screen quits often. Would be better if they just placed a speaker up take the order if they know the screen is an issue.

When I opened my sandwich it was flat with very few toppings. I won’t stop here again. Barely any meat, would of been better waiting for better food. Then the chicken wasn’t drained very well and my sandwich was soggy.

One of my favorite subways to go to. Employees are always very friendly and make the sandwiches as you want it. Restaurant is always clean. Employees need a raise for always providing the best customer service. So many other subways around the area suck but not this one.

DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER!! I just ordered pickup through the app and the store said it was unable to see the details of my order. When I got home my sub was without toppings (no cheese, sauce, etc.) on white bread. I can’t even ask for a refund through the app not contact customer support. It is literally worthless. Probably the last time using the app.
Edit: I got a prompt response from the manager which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for your help!

Time and time again we have ordered food from this location to find they are not making food to recipe card specifications. There is never enough meat, sauce or veggies on the subs per the recipe cards. I can say this confidently because I have worked at subway before. I am well aware of the proper amounts of meat, sauce and veggies that are ON the recipe cards. I don’t know if it is lack of training, or just kids that don’t care or all of the above. This subway is SCAMMING customers and STEALING their money. Subway is stupid expensive, I expect my food to be made correctly. Don’t take your business to the wakarusa McDonald’s either, they are just as bad. Maybe a case of small town ineptness.

Completely unamused. Waited in line longer than necessary only to have to repeat everything I wanted on my sandwiches multiple times. Customer service was lacking, and so incredibly slow.

I have been to this location twice so far. The first time I went in to pick up several subs that I had ordered on the app and I was very pleased overall with the food and the friendly employees. The second time was a late afternoon when I was by myself and so I just went through the drive-thru window. The employee working the window wasn’t outright rude, but she also wasn’t polite. She basically just grabbed my payment and then shoved the sandwich out the window without saying a single word to me. I actually was in the middle of saying, “Thank you, have a nice day,” when she shut the window. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she was just spacing out. She didn’t seem mad, just more like she gave zero cares about the job. All of that aside, I was disappointed when I bit into my sandwich and realized that the amount of steak I was given was about half of what is normal at other Subway locations. For that reason alone, I probably would avoid this particular store unless I was planning to get one of the cheaper subs on the menu.

Waited in line longer than I should have. Made a simple order with the staff came to scanning for rewards and paying for my meal and was told “the Wi-Fi was down“.
When I asked how would I get my rewards? [as I am a frequent customer to Subway] I was told they didn’t know staff member called the manager who when I repeated the question. They shrug their shoulders and said they have no Internet and all sales were cash only.
No signage on the front door.
No notification to the customer. When making the order.
The manager got snotty when I asked, how would I be able to pay as I only use contactless payment wasting 20 minutes of my busy schedule.
I certainly hope the owner reads this as an opportunity to teach staff the importance of customer service
A sign on the front door, or staff simply mentioning they could only take cash would have avoided this very poor experience.
There are much better options out there.
