Yikes.. was enjoying my sandwich and I look down, thankfully, and there was a fly in my food.. made me sick to my stomach and will probably not eat here again sadly… I know it’s just a fly but really lol, spent $18 for a foot long and medium drink for this. Yuck

Who owns this place anyways ? I usually get a decent sandwich here. Tonight, just the worse. Why a person is hireded that does not know how to make a sandwich? Does not know how to wrap a sandwich. Then never puts any sauce on it, I will never know.

Does not deserve one star. I ordered extra cheese and got a whole 3 slices of cheese on my footlong. Asked for extra honey mustard and could barely taste it. When I went to pick it up it was sitting on a rack where no one can see if anyone takes it, messes with it, or injects stuff into. The sandwich was warm so it had been sitting out for 20 mins by receipt if its true. The ham had a funny smell and taste. Fed it to the animals. Needless to say the sandwich I was looking fwd too sucked. Won’t go back. Wrote customer service and they just blew it off with a standard email.

Can’t comment on the service lately, but I come in a lot for water as a Walmart employee. Glass on the line is always dirty, lobby is usually messy, and the fountain drain is turning black.

Everything was on point until I had to pay, at this point I check my wallet: Nothing; Pockets: Nothing; then I proceed to exit the building and search the vehicle I was in for what felt like an hour, only to come full circle and find that it was indeed in my wallet. The food was good, the service was better an absolute angel made my Spicy BMT Wrap. She deserves a stake in the company. All in all truly exemplary.

The staff was friendly, they washed their hands and used gloves…so far so good. The sandwich was well made. The two stars is for lack of cleanliness in the dining area. Two other tables had diners, no one was in line, in other words, not busy. Instead of cleaning tables, which most were smeary and had crumbs, the workers were sitting, eating, and playing with their phones. Perhaps it was break time, but at some point the place needs to be cleaned for the diners. Even the garbage area had crumbs all over it. This is a management issue…train your employees so they know what is expected and then inspect and make sure they are doing it.

I ordered 3 signature subs, 3 fountain drinks and 3 cookies. I know shame on me, lol. Had all made and get ready to pay and was refused service. Apparently this subway does note take bills larger then 20. I should have read the reviews. Went back in walmart and bought a few broasted chickens with a side and they had no problem taking a larger bill.

After waiting 10 minutes for the employee to clean then ordered $17 worth of food tried to pay and was told they dont take $50 bills. Will not be back. Jimmy John’s took no problem.
