Subway don’t honor sub of the day that’s on website. Manager couldn’t even come out in talk to me. Employee came out after washing dishes to make my sub which I didn’t get and just put his gloves on didn’t wash hands or nothing nasty af. Was there around 7:40 pm today. Terrible experience. Owners are kinda rude and rushy. They put stuff on your sub you don’t ask for. But the normal staff are all sweet people expecially katelyn she always had a smile on her face. But the owner kept asking are you done after i just put one veggie on my sub before i even had time to ask for another with no one else in line.

I dread wanting a sandwich from this shop, the guy behind the counter shouts ingredients at you from the moment you’re in line. That would be fine if he also then listened to what you wanted.This dude is just making a sandwich of his own vibe. I asked for pepperjack, he puts on American. I asked for a couple of peppers- he smashes a handful in there. Requested light mayo, he grabs regular and dabs it on, gobs of mustard… I asked for salt & pepper and he sprinkles oregano over it.

My wife and I were at this subway today. Ordered, and when it came time to pay, we tried to use a coupon but were told “We do not take coupons”. Wow, I guess nothing new with this location. We received these coupons in our local mail, as an insert. We tried to use them at our local subway. Recently too, we tried to go to this subway in the middle of the day two different days, and they were closed both days. I don’t think we’ll be eating at Subway anymore. Tired of it not being very dependable, in any way. The food is kind of “eh” anyway. What is up with the not taking coupons? We received no explanation. There is a La Chareada, Shawnee Station, China Star, Burger King, and McDonalds all VERY close to this place, and those places are where we will go when we want something in this general area. You could walk from Subway to any one of them if you were so inclined. Do yourself a favor and check out La Chareada or China Star. Great food at great prices. You aren’t going to get that, at this Subway.

One of my order, the 12″ tuna barely and I mean barely had any tuna. So to be safe I ordered a side of tuna, enough for a 6″ . The way the associate was scraping the pan and trying to hide the sandwich from my view, i had a feeling. Then absolutely stuffed it with the spinach and onions to compensate. Thankfully I ordered the extra, especially since it wasn’t even my order. My boyfriend said there was more in the cup that would have been for the 6″ then the 12″ for the sub we actually bought. Then get to the counter. The girl rings us up and bags the items, except she forgot to bag the chips. I’m thinking no big deal. I asked her for a bag for the chips, so she just handed it to me instead of bagging the items she forgot. So I had to find space on the limited counter space to set my wallet, and sandwiches down to bag the rest of order. Kinda frustrating that I had to spend extra money to get the correct amount of tuna on my sandwich and then had to finish bagging my order when my hands were full. Not the best experience I have had with Subway, especially for almost 30$
