The Subway location is one of the cleanest. The dining area is spotless, with clean tables and floors free of debris. The sandwich preparation area is immaculate. Staff members change gloves frequently and keep ingredients fresh.

Need to speak to a manager asap, of you are out of something an someone does an online order it’s only proper to let the customer know by telling them when they pick it up. Not for them to see a tiny note on the bag 15 minutes after they leave an arrive home. Very unprofessional I expect to speak to the general manager for a full refund! Your worker didn’t tell us nothing till I called an she said I been writing it on the bag. Hello tell the customer is the proper way this is absolutely ridiculous, I don’t eat mayo an meat subs disgusting!!!!

8:15 last night, my daughter walks in and i’m on the phone with her, immediately the girl w the bun and black hair goes “you got an online order” with an attitude and my daughter says no, So the same girl goes “well what kind of bread do you want” and she says “herb and cheese please” so the girl goes “i don’t have herb and cheese to give you” as 4.5 loaves are sitting behind her. i told my daughter to leave. it’s rude and ridiculous. DONT GO HERE!

The kid helping us was obviously new, which is no big deal the problem was the girl he was working with that was no help to him. She was very slowing working on what I’m guess was an on line order and talking to someone on the phone through her earbuds the whole time and then gave the kid crap for “not doing it right”. We will not be coming back to this store and will instead giving our business to Wapak.

Me and my sister walked in getting a few subs and the employees were rude, not Evan or the guys working but the girls were disrespectful and rude. They ran to the back while we were ordering and were not doing there job when asked by another employee. The girls names were Kjaristy and the other girl wasn’t wearing a name tag but wore a purple sweater. Not gonna waste my time again

Ordered online and I picked it up in store only to get home and realized they wrote a note under the receipt ticket that they were out of lettuce!! This is unacceptable!! Someone at the store should have call and told me they were out of lettuce or put out of stock on the online ordering app so your customers know it’s out of stock!! Wasted $9 on my sub because why would I just want to eat a meat n cheese mayo sub! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Staff seemed extremely rushed but moved even slower. Total time it took to have 3 standard subs made was 16 minutes. They were out of stock of Parmesan and cheese sauce at prep table. They were out of stock of the footlong pretzel and Dr Pepper as well. By the time I got home my toasted subs were room temp, I only live 3 minutes away
