The bread is rubbery and flat, I don’t know when but there is hardly any meat or cheese on the sandwich. I gave them 2 chances at 2 different locations and I’m never going back. I’ll miss the cookies but that’s it.

I ordered 5 subs the guys that were working didn’t want to put hardly any cheese, I had to ask and pay for extra. I ask for pizza sauce and he put just a little bit. I ask first for white bread then changed my mind and wanted the cheese and herb and he acted like I ask him for something impossible. Usually the customer service is amazing here I don’t know what happened.

The lady checking us put today didn’t want to talk and when I asked about the cookies she said they were too warm to serve. We had been there 15 minutes or so waiting in line. It seems we were more of a bother to her. My son also wanted apples faith his meal instead of chip and they said they didn’t have them in that store.?.?. I have had better experience in there before. Subway here was very good better than Waverly at least no one was coughing on my sandwich..that’s another story..so anyway. Lady was very nice except that i felt somewhat rushed through my ordering ..i felt as though she wanted me to hurry up with my order..like every time i got done with one ingredient she was ready to close the sandwich up and by all means I was not going slow and there wasn’t any rush to get through a bunch of customers anyways..but I understand I’ve worked in Subway before.. i know how fast you have to work..Good sandwich …good service

Place was empty, service was slow, employee acted like it was a bother to wait on me. Toasted machine has been down since the 4th of July, I think it had plenty of time to be fixed. The only save on this trip is my food was really good.
