I’ve went here on my lunches quite a few times and there is two women still work there that will say the unheard of stuff about customers coming in the door. Like today I walk in the door for lunch and the first words out of the woman’s mouth was “Can we just lock the damn door” “Hey manager can we just lock the damn door” and the manager says “ No, I Wish though” if you are going to act this way you don’t need to be working at a fast food restaurant this is so uncalled for and plus work on a lunch rush anyways. Quit being lazy do you job or quit!!

6 months ago I stopped to grab an easy dinner on a Friday night @6pm. What a dumpster fire! The two young ladies working were completely overwhelmed and needed help. Line was to the door. The employees were telling us they don’t have time to restock the veggies because they are too busy… Yes, that’s correct. No tomatoes or onions because they didn’t have time. Need a management tune up and further employee training to handle “stressful” situations.

Flex Is polite
Horrible customer service, poor hygiene. Rude employees, listing to music, and then having the customers shout there orders, and having a horrible attitude at that. Not coming back!

The lady checking us put today didn’t want to talk and when I asked about the cookies she said they were too warm to serve. We had been there 15 minutes or so waiting in line. It seems we were more of a bother to her. My son also wanted apples faith his meal instead of chip and they said they didn’t have them in that store.?.?. I have had better experience in there before. Wish today was better.
