On Thursday October 23, 2025 the Manager or assistant manager was very rude and lacking any customer service skills while waiting on me as a patron. I am an Uber Eats Delivery driver and I dont recommend youbuse the app at this establishment. The aforementioned manager was very unwelcoming and told my my order would be in the Pizza Portal, but only pointed at the machine. After making aware to her that i am an uner eats delivery driver she told me ” we have lots of online orders, we are busy.” and looked at me like I was an inconvenience to her. It is not my fault she not competent enough to handle a dinner rush and made me not want to come back to this establishment ever again. I asked her how long the wait would be. She sighed again my request is an inconvenience to her. . Again I do not recommend anyone come here unless you want to be treated like you dont matter. The food is lackluster and the quality has drastically dropped off a cliff over the years. I actually had a hot and ready Pepperoni Pizza earlier and well ill just hold my tongue going forward on this matter. Id give 0. Zero stars if possible.

We have been customers of little Ceasars for years, and lots of things have changed in the past year alone. First of all, they never answered my call to my complaint I had. Second, the pizza prices have gone up crazy, and third, the pan on the pizza is extremely thin, almost no ingredients! Why is the pan thinner than a thin crust pizza on a pretzel cheese sauce pizza? They are being so stingy with their ingredients! For sure they lost my business.

Worst experience ever got overcooked pizzas took them out the portal was here as soon as the email came in that they were ready, asked if they could make them fresh. They said no we either eat it or leave it and they can’t give us our money back back. Also, the establishment has poor hygiene. it’s my fault thinking that it was quality service like back in the day.

Very bad experience. The service was poor from the moment I arrived, and on top of that, they refused to sell to me just because they didn’t have change for a $50 bill. It’s unbelievable that a business isn’t prepared for something so basic. They showed no intention of solving the issue or offering any alternatives. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend this place.

I just recently went in the store to order a pizza for lunch so i walked in so I wouldn’t have to wait in my car but man if it was hot outside I wonder how hot was in the store, your employees work really hard and and a very fast paced especially on the weekends and with no AC for them really sucks I JUST REALLY HOPE THEY GET THAT THEIR AC FIX POOR EMPLOYEES because the very high numbers are coming this year come on Grandview Pizza please let’s take care of that , your employees work really hard

This little caesar’s location is nice. The outside could be cleaned up a bit and the lobby but the workers are nice and polite. I enjoy the professionalism from these workers.

Ordered online. Got an email saying food was ready went in and they said it wasn’t ready and they just opened I waited 10 mins while seeing some pizzas waiting on a shelf, those pizzas turned out to be mine. They grabbed them handed them to me they were cold pizzas…. They sat on the shelf the entire time i was waiting.. I’ll be going to dominos from now on. Terrible service and cold food. If I would have had hot pizza like I ordered I wouldn’t be writing here now.

Absolutely horrible. I sat down to have what I was hoping to be a nice and delicious slice of pizza from this location and once I took a bite I felt a hair in my mouth which is absolutely unsanitary and unacceptable for a food business. I then checked another slice and I found yet another hair m cooked into the bread which I captured on the picture below. I tried calling to put in a complaint and there was no answer. This place should be shut down immediately as there is no care for the quality of the food they are giving out.

I went in to get a cheese pizza and they told they only had pepperoni, I asked if I could have a cheese pizza made for me and they said “no” I asked why and the response was “we only have pepperoni’s available for purchase. The store closes at 11pm, I’m unsure as to why my cheese pizza was unable to be made. I asked multiple times if I could have a cheese pizza made, response was still “no” so all i bought was a a mango rush soda.
