The manager fixed my order (my error) with no questions other than to make sure we were happy. The store is well organized and clean. Kudos to their attitude and execution of food prep. I used to work at this subway. I know they get A+ ratings from the health department. Cookies are made fresh daily a couple times a day. The people here are friendly and I’m more than happy to spend my money at this subway . It is much cleaner than the ones in Hamilton. And I love in Hamilton.

As an older American, I take this covid pandemic seriously. So I was taken aback when I went into the store yesterday and witnessed a complete disregard for covid precautionary guidelines. Not a mask among the staff.. four people behind the counter literally bumping into each other..social distancing says the sign on the door. I can’t put the blame on the staff I suppose though, come on kids..think about your neighbors. I put the blame on lack of training and or care by the management. It was not a confidence building experience to say the least. I won’t be back for a long time
