This location has a manager and crew that delivers fantastic customer service. Friendly and accommodating. The manager fixed my order (my error) with no questions other than to make sure we were happy. The store is well organized and clean. Kudos to their attitude and execution of food prep. This will be my “go to” Subway location from here on.

Worst subway there is you got to Justin Bieber want to be in there no clue to make sandwiches. 6-inch meatballs get three meatballs not one. No clue on directions. Capabilities for you took her aspirations of Damascus recommended stay out of that one nasty and dirty.

Not what it use to be. Our order today the bread was stale and there were hardly no toppings. My adult daughter went to get it and she went in to order it because the last time I ordered online it was no good either. I always shop local but when it’s no good I’m not wasting my time.

I used to work at this subway. I know they get A+ ratings from the health department. Cookies are made fresh daily a couple times a day. The people here are friendly and I’m more than happy to spend my money at this subway . It is much cleaner than the ones in Hamilton. And I love in Hamilton.

As an older American, I take this covid pandemic seriously. So I was taken aback when I went into the store yesterday and witnessed a complete disregard for covid precautionary guidelines. Not a mask among the staff.. four people behind the counter literally bumping into each other..social distancing says the sign on the door. I can’t put the blame on the staff I suppose though, come on kids..think about your neighbors. I put the blame on lack of training and or care by the management. It was not a confidence building experience to say the least. I won’t be back for a long time
