The older/bigger lady who works here is completely unprofessional and rude. We walked in super friendly saying hi and walked towards the chips to pick them up. Right away she jumped in and said very rudely, “umm you start down here”. We replied with, “okay we are just going to grab our chips first.” She came back with, “well are you going to be getting sandwhiches though because then you need to start down here”, again very rudely. We ended up leaving before even ordering because it was completely uncalled for and disrespectful and we did not feel welcomed there. We will never be going back to this location. We took our business else wear and enjoyed a much better Jimmy Johns sub.

Currently standing in line after placing an online order 45min ago. It is NOT the the fault of the ONLY associate working, but poor planning on management. He has been unable to fill my order due to a rush of in-store traffic. What’s the point in ordering ahead if I have to wait anyway? The employee is incredibly upbeat and friendly. I work in this plaza and last week had to wait an hour and a half to get a bag of chips. Absolutely asinine.

Jacob told me after I already left a tip they don’t accept 50s cause they had too many counterfeits(pet corporate).I said cooperate was stupid. I spent 10-20 minutes with (my autistic child crying in the cart for food) to getting change to get the food he made. He further explained after some questioning he can pick and choose when to accept big bills. So…I felt offended and took my tip back. He asked if there was anything else he could do to help I said … I’ll take my food now. He refused to let me pay and took the food to the back. Said he didn’t like my language. I never once swore. English?? He didn’t like my English? That I said the word stupid? What did I do?? He said it was my tone…. So sorry I was irritated to spend all this time just to feed my child… To be refused food?? I will not return when Jacob is working.

The new manager has this place right, everyone seemed very well trained the tomatoes were shingled,(never seen that before). If your not picky have the manager Rick make you one of his personal subs fire.

Not impressed. The kid behind the counter seemed rushed making my wrap. Even though there was nobody in the restaurant. Not too mention he botched the cutting job on the wrap as well. I lost half of the vegetables after 3 bites.
