If there was ever a cautionary tale this is the restaurant. They once sliced in store all the veggies and meats and cheeses. They now ship just pre sliced everything. Their portion sizes are a joke. This is a perfect example of going from what used to be a good sub shop so long ago to utter faint joke of a sub shop. I feel bad for folks working here because honestly they must think their customers are stupid. They have almost cut portions of meat and cheese in half and tge buns are smaller also. Do not waste your money just go to Jersey Mike’s where they actually know how to make good subs.

This Subway location is always the best. They are polite, pleasant, and enjoyable to speak with. Everyone always has a smile on, and it’s quick. We rarely have to wait, and if we do, it’s just a min or two. Great friendly staff and great food!!

I came in about 10 minutes ago with my girlfriend, expecting a decent meal. Unfortunately we got anything but that, when we came in the servers were all but non-existent in the customer friendly department. I asked for a 12″ Italian herbs and cheese Philly cheese steak, everything went fine up until we got to adding the vegetables, I specifically said that everything on my sub would be the same, both to the first server I spoke to and the second, I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t misheard, as it’s happened before. I asked for my normal vegetables, I like my vegetables on my sub before it’s toasted, I expressed this and she said no problem. So she cut my sub in half, one half for me and one half for my girlfriend, in my opinion this was nice as we didn’t have to rip and tear at it later to get it apart. However they completely ignored my girlfriend and did everything backwards when it came to her. To top it off, the vegetables were old and going bad, you could tell by the brown lettuce, bell pepper, and spinach. As far as I can tell the only redeeming quality about this place is the music. I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone, unless you plan on getting vegetables that are going bad, and customer service that is all but non-existant. I won’t be coming back here.

We ordered through Subway app. They got the order completely wrong again. Everytime we order its wrong. Not once have they got it right. They need to take the time and read. Unfortunately I think it is best if you watch them, so you know it’s right.

Fountain drinks were all flat, every single one of them, should have had out of order sign and not sold, out of bread I wanted, only one worker takes too long to order. Very poor management!

Tried this location for the 1st time because of how disappointed we have been with Ashland Rd and Park Ave locationa. WAYYY BETTER service and finnal product. The 2 employees that were tour working the evening of5/25/24 deserve a pat on the back
